3 This event has happened many times to me at the La Quinta location. I will book massages well in advance… (like 60 to 90 days ahead) then at the 12th hour the front desk will call me and cancel the session. I live 90 miles from the Coachella Valley and book several appointments in one day with doctors, nail technicians etc to
make the travel distance count. There isn’t ANY consideration for me and what I have planned. They aren’t even good at LISTENING to what I say it’s all about THEM and THEIR convenience.
In years past customers were respected and special consideration was given to make matters right. NOT HERE. VERY POOR management and staff training. The assistant manager even disconnected our call. I have our conversation recorded so it proves that we had a civil conversation without raised voices or anything offensive and she STILL hung up on me without resolution. My only mistake was to continue to book with La Quinta after the FIRST time this happened. POOR MANAGEMENT skills and personnel.

Tough year for employers. But of my 12 appointments they had to cancel 3. I’m not sure what all factored into that and I’m sure there’s more to the story than only my experience. But it was not a great year for a contract that holds you for a year.
Never had an amazing massage as this one. One hour of pure bliss followed by days of restful back. Lupe was amazing, do not be fooled by her small figure, this lady packs a punch. Her hands are so strong they completely satisfy any level of pressure you have. I will definitely come back
