Massage Envy - Sunrise, Fair Oaks CA

Should not be advertised as a60 min.massage. MAYBE 50 mins, maybe. I looked at my phone when I got under the blanket and it was 1: 06. I was fully dressed at 1: 56 and pain nd in the car by 2: 00. Massage felt rushed.

The whole chain is under new management now. So I hope small things like dirty carpet and dust in the bathrooms will be taken care of. Overall most of the massage therapists are quite experienced and very friendly, making you feel welcome and helping you relax and enjoy the session.

Great massage with friendly, helpful people. Went b.c to the new one by Trader Joe's on Sunrise. Clean, efficient and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed with Massage Envy. Massages are decent depending on the therapist you end up with. I was sold a package of hours and was told on multiple occasions that the hours would not expire until I called today and attempted to schedule time and the best they could do for me was to odder to sell me a new package. I will find an independent therapist that appreciated my business.

Such a great massage today. I have had so much stress in my life lately and today I really had a chance to relax and my therapist was amazing. Feeling recharged. See ya next week!

One guy wore a rubber glove while massaging me. Gross! It sounded like a condom every time he moved around. He said he had cut his finger earlier. The other masseuse I had told me to punch my injury when it hurt. I also was in more pain for days after I left. I was told that the staff would be able to treat my ailment, they couldn't. Also I wanted one massage, they signed me up for a year and refused to let me out of the contract on more than one occasion.

This place has a goal to sign everybody up for a membership and does not care to be kind or professional with people who are not interested in a membership. Good massage, bad predatory business practices.

I went there to get a gift for someone else, but the ladies who helped me were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be going back for myself

A one time visit has become a monthly habit thanks to the staff at Massage Envy. My massages have been outstanding and the therapists are great. The staff listens and are very attentive. The location is convenient off of Madison Avenue and Fair Oaks Blvd in Citrus Heights. I would deffinatly recommend this location to my family and friends.

I will never go to a massage envy location again they won't let me come back on my grandmother's account that she has paid for they said i have to wait six more months and now we are canceling our contract with a health provider letter search for other places I will never recommend this place no nobody.

I joined Massage Envy in Roseville near my home and tried several massage therapists. Then my friend recommended her massage therapist, Dena Biondo, at the Sunrise and Madison location. Dena is the best! She always asks what area is bothering me (usually neck and shoulders) and focuses on that area. I walk in with aches and leave feeling great. I’ve been seeing her for about ten years and it’s a 20 minute drive for me – definitely worth it! She’s personable and respects the quiet time if that’s what I choose. I always look forward to my massages with Dena.

Always efficient staff up front, great massages by my favorite therapist (I"m keeping his name secret since he only works a couple days a week and is very popular). The staff always call with a reminder a day or two before my appointment, a helpful courtesy.

Place is really nice don't really have a permanent massage person can't really find anybody I wish they had a rating board online so that we could pick and choose who we want working on us. You get what u pay for

Your $39.00 one hour starts when you walk in the door. So it inculdes changing time, and all of the time they take to sell you thier membership. If you are a first time massage person you may think its amazing, but if you have ever had a real one hour massge, you will feel robbed and over sold.

This place has bad customer service. First I had scheduled the appointment online and got an email saying a rep would call to confirm my appointment. Witch nevwr happen. So i called and set up my appointment anu way. 2 hours later i get a call and the rep say sorry we wont be here at that time we want to reschedule you. First of all my appointment was set for 7pm and they close at 10pm. Ill just take my money else where

The massage itself was great. However, the staff working up front was terrible. Before I went in, the girl told me that I looked like I needed a massage because I looked tired. Thanks? When I came out, she asked how much I wanted to tip masseur, to which I said 20%. The girl then proceeded to put $20.00 as the tip. Hello!? When I showed her that she overcharged me, she apologized and said that she didn't know how to do the math for percentages. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ! HOW DID YOU GET THIS JOB? Spare yourself the annoyance and go to another location.
