I love their facial and it is special and different they will use the multiple hot towels on ur face and after done I feel my face is so shiny. I will advice put a cream after it and help u lock ur moisture

I booked multiple prenatal massages that needed to be canceled or rebooked because they didn't have someone available to do the massage. I asked for my account to be canceled on November 19,2021 and my account randomly was charged again in June and July. I have called four days in a row to get my money back and each person on the phone has told me something different. I only have two of the four names of people I have spoken to Tammi and Ashley. Tammi told me that there is a list of managers to call people back. Called back the next day and there isn't such thing as this "list" and was told it would take up to 48 hours for a call back. It's been 72 hours and I still have not heard from anyone. I called againt today and according to Ashley there isn't any note that I have requested a refund. The level of dysfunction, lack of professionalism, and poor scheduling is just the tip of the iceberg at these locations. I highly recommend you go literally anywhere else.

Today I received a full body massage from Crystal and she was phenomenal! From the start, she asked me where I had tension and I told her my shoulders. I’ve never had someone put so much attention to an area to get every single knot out. My shoulders feel lighter today than they have in years, and really the entire massage was wonderful and very relaxing. Thank you Crystal!

The new receptionist is INCREDIBLY rude, I came in at 2: 02 was supposed to be there at 2: 00 and she began to yell at me for being late by 2 minutes. She was so unfriendly to the other guests in there and made it clear she was not happy to be there and hated her job. I believe it was Valentina with curly hair. After my service she was yelling at me for gratuity and asking where it was, as I was looking in my purse she kept repeating asking where the tip was for the woman who gave me a facial as I kept looking she continued to yell as if I didn’t hear her and kept repeating gratuity in my face. I walked out of the door to grab some money out of my car for a tip and she looked me up and down and yelled woooooow she was like okay be like that and when I came back in to give the 40$ tip she had stormed out of the room. I will never be coming back after this, so unprofessional. The facial was great the front staff are terrible.

Massages, facials and saunas oh my. This is always a great choice for personal time. Staff is always on point.

I came in today for a sauna and stretch treatment followed by a massage with Crystal. It was heaven. I have fibromyalgia and issues with my hips and shoulders. Crystal helped with all of that. She is amazing. I would recommend her anytime. Mind you I drove from Riverside to see Crystal. I read some of the reviews where they stated that the front office staff was rude. Well I have to say I did not experience that at all. I am very happy with both the front office staff and of course with Crystal that I have already booked another appointment in two weeks.

This is the second time that I had an appointment that they "don't know what happened to". I drove down here for my appointment and walk in and they have no record of my appointment. I'm very upset and was really looking forward to my massage with Crystal.

I loved this place, the infrared sauna help me relieve my arthritis & injured left knee due to spontaneous osteonecrosis. Staffs are very friendly like Valentina, Jennifer & Tammy, their Manager. They make you feel at home. Their massage therapist are great! Highly recommended.

I've been going to massage green for years. Crystal is awesome. I would recommend her. The new receptionist Valentina is not very nice. I requested to speak to manager and from our conversation I don't think Valentina told her. If the manager had called me like I requested, my negative conversation with Valentina could have been avoided.

My floating experience was by far the best one I've had. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. I always do the 90 minute so that I can get the most out of my float (takes a minute to shut my mind off). I've found their pricing to be the lowest in the area. I am a member so I only pay $59.95 but the pricing for a non member for 90 minutes is only $64.95 still the lowest and best experience I've had.

I hurt my shoulder and my chiropractor recommended a massage. I signed up online for an appointment at 6pm the same day. I know I made this appointment because at the end, it required me to put in my credit card along with a stern warning about not showing up and being charged. When I showed up they had my credit card but not my appointment. My shoulder hurts so bad and I was looking forward to the relief so I couldnt even talk to the woman at the front I was so upset. She tried to get me to to reschedule but I am certainly not interested.
