I have been with this insurance company for about 5 + years and I am loyal to them because of the great customer service. Liza is awesome in helping me out even at last minute things. I feel like part of the team with her. Always answers my questions and gives me the time I need to conclude a decision that’s best for my needs.

I've had the hardest time getting new insurance after I had bank fraud and my last policy was cancelled without my knowledge. Liza was so helpful and understanding and spent the time to figure out a policy that would work for me. My mom has been with her for I don't know how many years and now I know why. This was my first encounter with Massie Hazegh's office. It was also my first time looking into State Farm for my auto insurance needs. I was very displeased with my previous company and decided to make a change. I looked into Esurance, Geico (What a joke!), and Mercury, and none of them were what I was looking for, and their rates where absolutely ridiculous! I finally decided to give State Farm a try. I contacted their office and was connected with an actual live agent. Frances was polite, engaging, professional and sincere, to say the least. She knew her stuff, but more importantly, she LISTENED to what my needs were and presented products and services to match what I was looking for. Yes, my rates we're only slightly higher than what I was paying before, but the other company didn't provide the customer service that I would expect. (Trust me when I say I'm being polite about my previous company) I am so, so very glad that I looked into State Farm. Thank you, Frances for your service.
