Master Hair & Nails, Ramona CA

Booked an appointment on wed for Friday when I came in Friday they sat my grandpa down and then refused to do mine because they only booked one appointment when I walked in with him on wed to book our appointments. They only had one chair to do a pedi. They were very rude about it and I would never go back very unprofessional and short staffed. Every one who walked in was asked to come back the next day even. Did I mention how rude they were? !

I'm giving a 4 star for the lady that cut my daughter's hair. I'm giving a 1 star for the Lorena that messed up my kids hair cuts! It was so bad my son has a bald spot and my daughter's bangs are super choppy like her trim too. Will not go back there because of her

I have had a hard time finding a good hair cutter since I was in Ramona, Elise is the best

They cut my son's hair today and are doing a great job keeping everything clean!

8/2020 - 96 degree day and I never broke a sweat! I was shocked.never even slightly uncomfortable during a mid day (11a-1p) color, eyebrows and eyelash treatment outside. There was a lot of laughter, an outdoor AC unit, shade, and a strong sense of community. I am not sure if I will ever want to be forced inside again. LOVING this!

Beside a hair and nail salon this is an art gallery.

The best parts:
- You can get your eyebrows dyed.if you have not done this and you are blonde. DO IT!
- They have a constant rotating display of original art work from local Ramona artists at amazing prices.
- The women cut a lot of men's hair.and will even trim up the ears and noses
- Elise specializes in blonde color (probably others as well). Finding someone who can color blonde and make it actually look natural is wonderful! And VERY rare!
- If you went to this store one time eight years ago and walk in now, they will all remember you by name. They maintain the culture Ramona used to be known for, warm and close.

Give this place a try - I PROMISE you will love it.

What an excellent shop! Not only are they very conscientious and professional, but the high quality of individualized hair cut, color, style and upkeep far exceeds any other salon I’ve gone to. Elise is absolutely amazing in determining the right look for your hair so it is flattering and yet practical for your lifestyle. What a gem of a shop!
