Master Storage 365 is definitely your modern storage facility! I didn't have to worry about losing keys, because the app on my phone opens all doors and even my own storage unit! You totally feel safe no matter what time of day/night you are there since there is plenty of light and surveillance cameras. Appearance wise, it is very clean and well maintained - I never saw any type of critters or webs. A really generous gesture of theirs is that you can use their moving van for free! The cherry on top is that all of the staff is literally an example of world class customer service.

The staff working in the Madera Ca Master Storage 365. Are not only professional and efficient; they are extremely courteous. I have been to the facility at various times of the day and night. I have always found it clean and with proper lighting in the evenings. I have always felt safe while on the premises. Accessing the gate and Storage units are made easy by the app. I'm not gonna lie. I did have a problem with the app. That was totally error problem on my part. Once the staff help me establish and learn the app i have had no problems. As I said that it was was an error on my part. Since this is the first time I used an app for anything such as this. Having a dexterity problem that I have. I am so thankful that I don't have to mess with locks. So in closing. Yes, I would highly recommend to anyone Master Storage 365 in Madera Ca.

I’ve been with Master Storage since the facility no opened. I’ve rented from several other Storage companies over the past 14 year. I would recommend Master Storage to anyone who needs rent a Storage unit. My reasons are simple first you can get into your unit 24/7 365 everything is controlled electricity via phone also all the units have alarms and self locking system. The compound is always clean and the employees are courteous and friendly.

The front desk employees are really kind, the non restricted hours I can go in and out of my storage is really convenient! I definitely recommended to my family and friends. Who else can take something out of locked storage @ 1: 00am totally worth it

We have used Master Storage for just over 2 years for both storage and mailbox rental. Staff is amazing and super friendly. Would definitely recommend their services.

The workers are always polite and professional. When I have issues the young lady’s do a good job at fixing them. The free moving van is also a great benefit, not having to spend more money in these times is cool. I would recommend storage 365. I also enjoy the fact that I can go any time of the day or night. I also enjoy the ability to use an app to do all the security stuff, entering and exiting without having to remember any codes or using keys.

We have looked for storage that we felt comfortable with. Master Storage is safe and we can sleep easy know are belongs are safe. What can we say about the staff more than helpful. We even met the owner who was more than helpful. If you want a great place who has great customer service this is it!

Getting my storage unit was made easy by a simple couple of steps with no hassle! Great security throughout the entire facility as well. Did I mention that you can access your storage unit with a 24/7 access keypad at anytime!

EXCELLENT customer service. The grounds of this place is always clean & if you need help with anything someone is there to help. The moving van is available for customers who needs it for in town moving 4 hours per customer, if you don’t use all 4 hours at once you can save it for later. I really like this storage facility. You can do so many things here like get mail or store your wine in their refrigerated storage section, etc Very nice place.

I'm so happy that MS 365 came to Madera! Upon opening of MS 365 I have had absolutely amazing Customer service from owners n staff. I'm Always greeted with a smile n happy hello. The units are amazing, great lighting, great space, drive way areas are wide/ spacious, always clean grounds an office is always clean an welcoming. All around 5 star in my book! Thank you.
