I did my taxes with them for the first time and said they charged 80. Then I was hit with a 100 plus and then they told me, they made a mistake and gave a small check back that wasn't even close to what they said they charged. At the end. No apologies or explanation on how or why they charged me that. At the end. They need to get some money for themselves.
