Larrell Jacobs did a great job, was courteous and professional. My windows, screens and tracks are spotless. He even was able to reach my upstairs windows that have a huge patio under them. Will call them again for sure.

Our experience with Masters was exceptional. The employee arrived right on time, and got to work immediately.
When he was done, our windows sparkled like new, and our gutters were clean. This happened just before the winter weather kicked in with torrential downpours and high winds. The clean gutters prevented roof damages. The windows were still clear after the storm.

I needed my windows cleaned before a family gathering. I requested a quote & they came out the next day. I have a lot of windows so the price quoted was fair so I made the appointment. On the day of service they had a cancellation so they came over earlier than expected. Luckily, I was able to move something’s around so no biggie. Kevin was polite & did a great job cleaning all 18 windows & 3 sets of french doors. The windows were sparkling when he was finished. And I had one less thing to do before the party. I will definitely be using their service again in the future. Thanks

I had our Christmas lights installed and they were wonderful! Such an easy company to use. They installed and took down the lights and all we had to do was enjoy the view! Our home looked so professional it felt like the mccallisters from home alone home! We would definitely recommend and continue to use in the near future

Our technician, John, arrived early and got started right away. He was professional and an expert in his work. Brian, the owner, came by to check his work and offer a few tips to his technician. John was receptive and followed his suggestions. I was impressed that he wasn’t finished until he did a very thorough inspection of his work. He did an amazing first class job. The day following the cleaning we noticed many discrepancies:
1) Numerous areas of the walls were not cleaned
2) A window by the front walkway was not cleaned
3) The porch sconce and garage sconces were not cleaned
4) A section of the eves was missed
5) Adjoining walkways were supposed to be rinsed, but weren't
6) The patio bar wasn't cleaned. It was pointed out to the person cleaning who said he would get to it. It didn't happen
An email regarding the unsatisfactory work was sent to Brian Anderson, owner, a few days after the job, but to date no response has been received

Kevin Shara let me know when he was coming and he was prompt. He found my problems and fixed them. Very respectful young man. Would definitely use this company again. (I had them perform gutter cleaning services)

This man worked his petunias off cleaning our gutters which we shamelessly haven’t done regularly! I’m so grateful for his diligence and thorough work. It helped identify a potential roof problem too! People keep your gutters clean! I’m calling them back for window washing soon

Totally impressed with Rafael, technician for Master’s Window Cleaning. He rang our doorbell at 8: 00 am and immaculately and thoroughly cleaned all of our windows and screens. Normally window washers destroy a few screens in the process. He did not. He was very careful and precise when removing the screens. We could not be happier with our beautiful clean windows.

Friendly service, good value. Would use this company again. We live on property and our windows were very dirty. There is still a small amount of dirt in the tracks, but overall I’m very happy with the service.

Kevin had txt me and said he was on his way and came about 15 minutes early and was very pleasant. I enjoyed communicating with very much. He did an excellent job. This was my first time having Masters Window Cleaning. I highly recommend them and will use them again next year. Thank you.

Make sure you have them send you before and after pics of EVERYTHING. They cleaned one part of my gutter and left the rest. I don’t even leave bad reviews because I feel like things happen but after reaching out to try and resolve this, No one ever called me they just emailed me and said it must of been the wind and storms we had that filled all my gutters back up EXCEPT the part they actually cleaned within 2 months. I have a new born so when I finally looked at their work it wasn’t done. My gutters are Full, Never touched. Sad and unfortunate I tried to resolve they refused. Just be a careful ladies I basically paid $250 for one gutter to be cleaned.

My technician, Larrell Jacobs, arrived a bit before 8 am, and was ready to start work after checking the count of the windows as this was my first time using Master's. He was very courteous, began work outside first and then, after covering his boots so as not to track wet into the house, proceeded to do all of the inside windows. He worked alone, but was very efficient and finished the job in good time. Very pleased with his work!

These guys are awesome. They called me back pretty. A really nice gentleman showed up by himself and did all of the windows they did a great job and even let me know what a my windows had a leak inside of it so he was aware of that. I will definitely be using them again maybe once a year it's been two years since we had the windows clean and they use unique chemicals that dry on their own it's awesome. If your windows need a cleaning I recommend inside and out and also the screens you won't be disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The technician, Larrell, was first class. Larrell notified me prior to arriving. Larrell was professional and courteous. He told me exactly the services he was going to provide. Larrell showed me before and after pictures of the gutters. I had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Anderson, the owner of the company and he showed me the various types of services his company can provide. I am thinking about the bi-annual service.

I originally hired them to do a gutter cleaning, but he inspected our dryer vent which goes up to the roof and recommended cleaning that also. I really appreciated that as we are conscious of being safe in the home, besides wanting it cleaned. Highly recommend. Nice owner and nice crew!
