This place is special, like being at your friendly local billionaires' private friends only getaway and drinking unashamedly from their extensive cellar.
Skip the big ones and come here!

Fabulous experience at Mathew Bruno Winery. It was beautiful, breathtaking, and indeed a wonderful time. My favorite was the Chardonnay and Cab. From when we walked in and were greeted by James until we left, we never felt more welcomed. Sean was knowledgeable and super friendly. From the steam wear to artwork, logo, and top-notch ladies' room. He even took pictures for us to save as memories, and Mark, the owner, stopped by to say hi. Thank you for the sweet memories. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our experience at Mathew Bruno. It was approachable and very elegant. The details selected by this winery for the tasting (decor, glassware, furniture) are impeccable and really provide a nice experience to visitors. This was my favorite winery! The atmosphere and decor were great. It was quaint and modern. Our wine tasting was spectacular! We had Sean and I highly recommend requesting him for your next tasting! We came for a girls trip and he had us all laughing, it was such a great time. The wines at Mathew Bruno were our favorite by far, the winery I ordered the most bottles from! My favorite was the champagne. Definitely encourage taking time to come to this beautiful estate!

I’ve never had a better experience at a winery/vineyard. We were treated so well, and were able to learn so much about the wines at Mathew Bruno through our guide, Sean. If you have the ability to go to Mathew Bruno, make sure you spend your time with Sean. He makes you feel so welcome, ensures you feel comfortable, and answers any questions you have. If you have time in Napa, this is a must stop!

Our visit was so thoughtful and the attention to detail was impressive. We strongly recommend the Carneros Blanc de Blanc Sparkling and the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon.

I would highly recommend anyone visiting Napa to go to the Mathew Bruno Rutherford Estate and request Sean to host the tasting. He was very knowledgable, engaging and humorous. The group I was traveling with went to 6 different wineries/vineyards, and Mathew Bruno was the unanimous favorite because of how amazing the wine and ambience was; you can tell they thought through every detail of the tasting experience for their guests. I will definitely be going back to Mathew Bruno and will continue to order their wine online!

We had an amazing time in the tasting room yesterday with James and his colleagues. We also got to meet the real star of the show, Camilla. The wine was amazing and the tasting “room” was fantastic. I can’t wait to share your wine with friends at home. And where else can you see an actual pay phone out front? ! I want to see it on a label, Mathew! We loved our visit. The redone house and surrounding outdoor spaces were so beautiful to spend time in. Definitely glad we picked to visit this spot. The staff was so friendly. We couldn’t get a reservation, but we walked in and it worked out.

Love this place. The staff is truly amazing and the wine is fantastic. The combination of great wine and great company makes an amazing experience.
