Today I was truly hurt by the service I got here. I have always believed that my being a repeat and loyal customer that that means something and today I found out that meant nothing. Thank you Michelle for making me feel like nothing.

Racist tech at this dealership. Worst experience ever. Dont go here if you have “black people handlebars” aka yankback tripleoghandlebars. They told me that they cant touch the bike because i have “black people handle bars” its a safety issue for them. Just avoid this place and go to Fresno Harley on shaw if you are in the area. No one should ever have to feel like the way he made me feel! Ill never spend a penny with this dealer again.

Matthew’s Harley Davidson rocks. In my humble opinion one of the best dealership in California. Staff is knowledgeable caring and helpful. You are not just a dollar sign your are part of the family.

The staff at Mathews HD in Fresno, CA is personal & friendly. They make the purchasing/ordering process simple & fast. Mathews HD is an old school family run shop. Shops like Mathews are hard to find. Mathews beat the selling price of multiple other dealers by thousands of dollars. I was raised going to Mathews HD & have never had a bad experience at this shop. I look forward to the many years ahead as a customer & friend of Mathews HD.

Amazing motorcycle training, I have never ridden a motorcycle in my 35 years of age and instructors in class and on range were amazing. I 100% recommend this place, 2 instructors on range are so helpful on teaching really important points while driving a motorcycle.my husband carlos I loved it, for me it was really tiring because I have never ridden before but I managed to pass thanks to both instructors

Was there for the MSF course Very knowledgeable instructors Friendly staff Plus you get to look at all the new harleys.

Friendly, very patient staff. Didn't seem to hold back reality regarding the truthfulness about motorcycles and having a license, from what I've been told about riders and various cautions from friends who ride. Made it better so we know what we're getting in to. My daughters attended as well and they really like it. Can't wait for the next few days. ️

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mathews Harley Davidson. Was passing through and my kick stand spring broke. They were so helpful. I dident have tools and they loaned me some and even helped me put it on free of charge. Goes to show what kind of business they run. Thanks guys. Much respect Thunderhorse.
