Tam has done a really great job helping me prepare for my SAT, especially the math section! Each session has helped me so much in clarifying concepts that I have either forgotten with time, or haven’t fully learned. Before I started tutoring, the SAT seemed daunting and I wasn’t sure how to properly study for it. Now that I have been able to consistently work through practice problems, and go over any difficult math concepts and questions with Tam over zoom, I definitely feel a lot more confident in my abilities as I go into this test. Along with that, I also have seen strong improvements in my scores as I continue to take practice exams. Thank you so much Tam!

Year after school year Tam sends us an outstanding tutor. Tam's tutors are professional and talented and obviously understand that successful support of highschoolers requires more than subject knowledge.it requires connection to the teen. Gathanji was my son's first tutor - brilliant, patient and kind, Gathanji guided my son through all his 10th grade sciences and math. Josie helped him through 11th grade by being a reliable support who met my kid where he was. Now Caleb is working along side him to prepare for SATs and finish strong. Tam is a very well rounded tutor. Not only is he kind and patient, but he is extremely intelligent and eager to help his students succeed. Tam tutored me specifically for the math portion of the SAT. He assigned me a section of work every day and even went as far as checking in with me daily to make sure I was on top of my work. I found this very helpful and motivating in my studying process. Never before have I met a tutor so willing to help his students outside of tutoring sessions! Overall, I would highly recommend Tam to all looking for a math tutor.

Tam Visher is extraordinary. He is calm, patient, compassionate and has a well-rounded understanding of what students are going through. He sees the best in students and strives to help them with a sense of humor and grace. Tam worked with my son to finish some AP English assignments as a junior at Malibu High School. He not only helped him work through some of his struggles, but gave him confidence and a sense of pride in his written work. My son has worked with a couple of different tutors, but Tam, by far is/was his favorite. We cannot recommend anyone higher!

Tam is a great tudor! He helped me in both calculus and physics. Whenever I needed help on a specific problem, Tam was always a text away. He gets back to you immediately. He’s great at teaching general concepts as well as individual problems. Tam’s extensive knowledge of math makes him applicable to all grade levels. He’s a very well spoken and a brilliant math tudor. Tam was my amazing tutor for Calculus along with many other students in my class. We were all struggling and would not have survived this class without Tam! Mathfluent has been amazing to work with from start to finish. Tam was so generous with his time and met with me while my tutor was traveling to fill in the gap. Then I started chemistry tutoring with Steven. I never even attempted Chemistry in high school and here I was enrolled in a college level chemistry course! I had to get through it to take the next course and Steven helped me not only understand the material, but was so patient and kind throughout and is spades better at teaching than my PhD professor.
