Mathis Homes is the worst, we perchased a reclining living room set less than 2 years ago, the set had a defect so they replaced it with another one, one of the motors stopped working after 1 year and they didn't have the part to replace it nor they had the same set anymore, the only option we had is to get a non matching love seat, I have bought many things at Mathis Home in the last 2 years and they all ended up with problems, I will never go back to Mathis home because they simply don't care. I will also repor them to the BBB.

The store is beautiful. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will come here again.

John Egri and his son were amazing. They got our entire house furnished in 3 hours and were so nice to work with. Highly recommend for any house.

It’s been 35 years since I’ve bought new furniture. It was actually easy, fun, great selection, surprises around every couch n chair. The deals, the warranty, the benefit of becoming a Mathis Member. I’m sold. Lots of great sales assistance, no pressure. I took 2 days to decide. I’m super glad I went to Mathis Homes!

I have placed orders here a few times recently. My first was a bed that was in the Ontario warehouse but took 3 weeks to be delivered. However now it’s perfect.
The delivery personnel are always polite and careful.
Currently, I am waiting on a table that was “in the warehouse in Ontario. ” However, not actually the case as it’s in a container somewhere. This was ordered in Mid July. It would be nice if they would be honest when buying from them and just tell you it is being shipped from out of the country and you don’t have any idea when it will arrive. Not that it is in their warehouse in Ontario, 90 minutes away. Now I have 2 rugs that I love, 6 counter height gorgeous chairs, and no table.
It would be great to have customer service offer a stand in table til my ordered table gets here. I did inquire about the floor model, however I am currently one of 14 others waiting for the same table.
So I am giving 3 stars for this.

Was referred to Abel and he did an excellent job of listening to my needs and questions and then showing me products that would possible match my needs. He helped explain various products and features, then too kthe time to explain the order process. I would definately have Abel help me again with chosing the right products for my home. (Which will be again asI need to furnish a guest bedroom!) Than you Abel and can't wait to see the new furniture in my home.

Great delivery service! Excellent communication from Able my sales representative from beginning to end. The team that came out to deliver were very respectful of my newly painted walls and made sure the items were in the correct placement. I will and am delighted to shop from Mathis Furniture again!
