5Matt García it’s a fraud. I received a letter asking for documents, I spoke to him he said don’t worry. I’ll fix it, he never fixed it they suspended my insurance, I tried to contact him and he never answered anything, I went to look for him and I couldn’t find him, he didn’t have the balls to give me the face.is not recommended 00
We have NEVER had such a bad agent. He refuses to answer phone calls or emails, even after many attempts. In frustration, we had to call Allstate's 800 number to have them make a policy change on two occasions.
He was great at selling the policy, and very attentive. Once we were signed up, he went dark.
There are other good agents in the area.try one of them.
I all ways get the help I need. Matthew answers any questions that I have.
Matthew was great at first but for the last year plus have been horrible. No response, no email response, text, phone calls, nothing. I'm beyond frustrated. I've been trying to constantly reach him since March to add a Harley to our policy and was told by Matthew that he'd have to get back to because of some charges I had from Dec 2022 (Mind you I have autopay) so, why are there charges? I still haven't heard back and yesterday, the registration to the Harley was suspended for no insurance. This is pathetic! I've even called another Allstate local and was told that she shouldn't be doing someone else's job!
The worst insurance provider ever. Don't do business with Matthew Garcia's agency. They're great at taking your money before the due date but not good at returning any of your calls or emails when you need their help or advice. Horrible service!
