Dr Arnold went out of his way to provide me the info needed twice this year. He is always in time for appts and always answer questions on chart site. Excellent appointment making staff as well

Dr. Arnold was helpful and supportive. His questions at times were challenging and left me uncertain about how to respond but at other times it simply facilitated my thinking and response. He did not embarrass me and times that I felt comfortably in control, yet I sensed that there were other times that I was aware of weakness in my responses and appreciated his effort to coach me and help me feel comfortable.

Dr. Matthew Arnold is the best neurologist I have ever been to. As a patient with a movement disorder (cervical dystonia), it took me a very long time to find a specialist with his skill set in the bay area. He made me very comfortable on my visit, is excellent at accommodating patient schedules and his staff is even better. They are very sensitive and caring to the patients and pay attention to every single detail of your care. I would highly recommend him as a top tier Neurologist. On top of it all, he is incredibly knowlegeable about medications a patient might be taking and side effects in relation to any neurological conditions. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and his staff.

Today I met with Dr. Arnold. He is a wonderful doctor. I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions. He reviewed every relevant MRI that was taken and explained what the MRI showed as it pertained to my condition. He reviewed my current medication and adjusted the dosage along with adding another med. We also reviewed my current plan of exercise and diet. This plan along with the medication will allow me to continue to have a good quality of life. I feel very fortunate to been given the opportunity to consult with Dr. Arnold and highly recommend him.

My mother and I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for a decade now and we have always had a great experience. In my opinion he is one of the top neurologists in the Bay Area; polite, knowledgeable, and very experienced. He is always looking to tailor/adjust to your current medical needs.

Dr. Arnold was very knowledgeable, kind and had a great bedside manner. He was willing to hear me and did not look at me accusatorily, like some doctors, when explaining my symptoms. I look forward to a long relationship with him and his office.

Dr. Arnold is a great physician and neurologist. He takes as much time as needed to fully analyze whatever is wrong with his patients. Then he explains what he has discovered. And by the way, Dr. Arnold finds things that other doctors miss, like my L3 vertebra which had been knocked out of place. Orthopedists had missed it, he didn't. Dr. Arnold also diagnosed my hydrocephalus (essentially too much fluid on the brain) and referred me to Dr. Dickinson, an excellent neurosurgeon, who operated and took care of that problem; I have other neurological issues so I'll be seeing Dr. Arnold again soon.

Dr. Arnold is an great doctor, he's sensitive to his patient's needs and never made me felt rushed at each visits. He's always calm and is great with patient care. He's very personable, this is great for patients who have anxieties, esp when needing to see a doctor. I will always recommend Dr. Arnold for anyone who needs neuro care. His medical assistant was great, prompt and thorough. Great service from start to finish!

I met Dr. Arnold for the first time yesterday. I was referred to see him by my PCP to follow up a recent health incident. Dr. Arnold was very informative and very attentive. I didn’t feel hurried and he covered everything I hoped he would. He ordered a couple of tests - precautionary to be safe. I left feeling my brain health was in good hands.

Appointment started on time with 15-minute examination and questions by nurse. Then 45 minutes with Dr. Arnild. He was very thorough, remembering my history. He made a physical examination and asked all the pertinent questions I can think of. He made recommendations about my care and my medicines, As I left he gave me a copy of the AVS.
I recommend Dr. Arnold without reservation. He is the best neurologist I have had. I am 85 years old.

Dr. Arnold is a thorough, kind and efficient doctor. I am grateful that I was referred to him for my head tremor.

I see Dr Arnold regularly for a chronic condition. He is always prepared for my visit. (He either reviews notes or has an amazing memory.) Questions are answered fully and clearly. I find him pleasant and professional. The office runs well - he’s been on schedule every time (so far) and the intake assistant does a thorough check of vitals and medications on each visit.
