We are not too happy with our mattress. We want to change it for the softer one but they want us to keep it for 21 days to try it out to see if you change your mind so I guess I will have 21 days of miserable sleep

We’re happy with the queen set we bought for our guest room. Julio was very helpful. He gave us plenty of information and the time and space to look around and decide what would be best for us.

We left to go check out the other mattress stores in town and he didn’t pressure us at all to make a snap decision. We found that Matthews Mattress prices were comparable with other stores and came back because we really appreciated the no pressure service.

We ordered our mattress the next day and it was delivered the day after that. No hassles or fuss at all.

After tons of research for high quality, durable, extra firm mattresses and trying and/or sending back 2 online mattresses, I landed at Matthews Mattress in Napa from a friend's recommendation. Dustin was great! Knowledgeable, no pressure sales, took the time to explain and answer my many questions. Chosen Mattress was delivered within 48 hours (a 10th of the time of online mattress) and we love it. It really does matter to be able to try out the mattress and compare. Highly recommend Dustin and experience w/ Matthews. Only consideration for improvement is more info on chemicals / potential toxicity of materials however very few mattress purveyors offer this info easily.

These guys cut me a really great deal on a pair of hybrid queens and that was about 7 years ago already, and they're in fantastic shape still, probably will last for another 14 years. I honestly felt kind of bad because I got such a good price, I feel sort of obligated to shop more with them so I'm thinking of getting a smaller bed from them too. Wish I could remember the dude's name but he hooked me up.
