Great experience with Jason at the Folsom location. He was patient and informative! We got a king and a queen and both are great!

Service technicians arrived on time as requested. Service technicians did not have the right items to install. Service technician said they would return within 24 hours. Saturday.
It has been five days… And there has been no attempt to correct or return to my home

Everything thing was just wonderful. Great customer service from Doug. This store had a wide selection. Delivery, set up and haul away service was on time and quick. And we love our new mattress.

If I could give Jason 10 stars I totally would! Great experience and great price. Highly recommend, if you need a mattress start there.

My daughter is moving into an apartment and needed a good mattress. I spoke with a pleasant salesman and we discussed this together. We found the right mattress at an affordable price. He also let us wait two weeks since her move was delayed. Overall, I had a good experience purchasing a mattress.

Jason is a gem! He was so helpful and gave us enough space and information to make our decision. He didn’t even bat an eye to my kids running wild in the store. We love the mattresses and feel we made a good decision. The mattresses came earlier than expected.

I highly recommend them. They are amazing of customer service. They’re always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping at their store for over 20 years.

Looked up reviews for mattress stores in our area and had to go check out Matthew's and see Jason. I must agree with all of the other rave reviews I read about this store and Jason in particular. No pressure at all. He informed us about all of the options available and pointed us to all of the firm mattresses we were interested in. He told us to take our time and try out all of the ones we were considering, then went back to his desk to work on something so we were not pressured at all. Every time we came up with another question, he immediately jumped up and answered any questions we had. Ended up making a purchase the same visit and am confident we received a great deal without having to shop around other stores. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to go see Jason at Matthew's Mattress in Folsom.

Great experience. Very kind and knowledgeable. Jason just let my wife and I spend as long as we needed before making our choice. Honestly, the entire experience was very good and highly recommend Matthews Mattress.

The service and knowledge of Jason was excellent. He was busy and still managed to greet every customer and help everyone. The entire process was smooth. The delivery team was excellent as well. Plus we love our mattress. I highly recommend this business.

Locally owned, when we walked in we were greeted by Jason. Rather than take us on a bed tour like the national store near by, he simply inquired what type of mattress would we be considering. We described our desires and he introduced us to the company local made mattress seeing both the quality and the value. We made our purchase and could not be happier!
