Mattress Firm Citrus Heights

I went in to Mattress Firm to buy a bed and Michael help find the perfect mattress for me. He was very nice, polite and very informative. Tried out several mattresses until I found the one I really liked. Unfortunately my mattress had to be ordered so I have to wait for about a week and a half however he gave me free delivery and free removal of old mattress for having to wait for my bed which was really nice. My overall experience was awesome

Lindsay was very knowledgeable on each and every mattress we tried. She listened to our needs and found the perfect bed for us. She was very friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family!

I didn’t expect to get a mattress for the price I wanted when I walked in but they exceeded my expectations. Shannon was very helpful and took her time with finding me a mattress that I loved. I appreciated her showing me options within my budget as well as some other options if I wanted to get a frame to complete my new bed.

This was a super easy process to find a new bed. I walked in with some in mind, (they weren’t in stock at the store) so associate found similar ones to the ones I had picked out. Being delivered today.

Great experience! Mike gave us great mattress advice - he was an honest and kind salesman, and patiently let us try each mattress that he thought were a good fit for our needs. We usually don’t like going in store to buy mattresses, after having bad experiences with sleazy salesman just trying to upcharge us. But this whole experience totally changed my mind about in store mattress buying - great store and experience!

Michael was awesome! We gave him our wants and he showed us a few mattresses that fit our needs and ultimately helped us find the ONE! Thank you for making a long progress super easy and fast! Looking forward to great sleeps in our future

Labor Day weekend sale is what brought us into mattress firm. Wow what a great experience we had. We got approached by a lovely lady named Lindsay. TempurPedic was the mattress of choice but which one do we pick? Lindsay walked us through each mattress and what each mattress had to offer. She was super informative, super nice, very welcoming and very patient with us (we took awhile to decide) and just all around made the shopping experience for a mattress go great. I can’t leave out the rest of the staff they as well were informative and very welcoming making your experience amazing.

This was the easiest shopping experience we have ever had. We came in looking for the purple harmony pillow. The salesman took us right over to them. When we were checking out he even went to the purple website to make sure we were getting all possible promotions. 10/10 recommend this store!

Employees were knowledgeable and attentive, but also gave us space to try out various mattresses at our leisure and talk privately. Shannon is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They take covid precautions and do their best to keep everyone safe. We were able to take over 2 hours to find our favorite mattress and to make sure we were really happy with our purchase. Employees were upfront about deals and limits of those options, as well as the timing for mattresses out of stock. There was no pressure to make a purchase on our first visit, and we instead were able to focus on finding exactly what we wanted. Fortunately, we found what we wanted and are looking forward to some good sleep.

It was a good experience, Lindsey was great considering she was all by herself. She did a wonderful job of balancing the 3 customers she had. She never seemed rushed or anxious. I'm looking forward to my first night of sleep on my new bed.

Went in knowing we needed a mattress but not much else. Lindsay helped us figure out our comfort needs. She Let us lay on multiple mattresses until we figured out the perfect fit. As soon as I walked in I had a great experience shopping here. I was greeted immediately by Lindsay and shown several mattresses that could have fit my needs. During that time she expertly gave me benefits and differences between models. The most important thing by far was the personable, attentive and low pressure sales style that Lindsay and her coworkers had. It was actually a friendly and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend making this store a part of your mattress shopping plans.
