Super easy and convenient. Called the number on the door sign, gave them the order number, and out came the mattress. Easy!

Easy in & out once you locate Customer PU. Man who brought out bed frame was very helpful.

Very nice staff working. Th young lady that helped us made it very nice and pleasant. Was very nice to our 3 year old daughter. She was full of information and we ended up going with a nice matress that retails 3500 and we got I for 2500 with a free power adjusting frame. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Great customer service, fast pick up and loaded with care. These guys rock! You cannot purchase from the facility, but the countless stores around all the areas make it easy to do so.

The man that put the mattress in the bed of my truck was nice enough but he plopped it in and closed the rolling door and left me standing there. So I spent about 20 minutes tying down the mattress before leaving.

Just settle in so I can write this review. The lady there was pleasant and kind even with the Labor Day rush. There was phones winging off the hook and cinco other people waiting. Her name is Phoenix, it was busy in there and I didn’t see anyone else in the office but she got us what we needed in a short time. She Sent us to the pick up ramp, came outside and helped us load it on the truck. I told her they don’t pay her enough for this, Mattress Firm give Phoenix a raise because she was handling everything like a jefe. I hope someone sees this and no she wuz very helpful And kind. It was hot and she gave us a water, that says a lot. Gracias Phoenix! I love my mattress.

Awesome place. They only do customer pick ups out of this facility. You cannot buy a mattress here, you can just pick one up. Very friendly staff, ready to help. Bought a mattress from the local store and picked it up here. I would definitely buy again with this company.

When we bought our mattress at mattress firm located at Riverside plaza we were told the mattress was in stock and ready for pick up at wearhouse so we went home got the truck and was at the wearhouse by 5: 45 pm and helped by the nicest lady named Phoenix who informed us the mattress was not in stock she went above and beyond to help us go home with a mattress even an upgraded set but the wearhouse was completely out of all queen sets. I called the store that sold us the set and they could care less that we didnt get the mattress set. The attitude from the store was like oh well. Phoenix was more concerend and tryed to help but she couldnt. She did call me the next day and she had my mattress set waiting for me. Best customer service ever
