Mattress Firm Folsom at Ironpoint

Went in not really knowing what I wanted but Bill was very helpful in selecting a mattress to which is a lot of work and thinking to get the right mattress.

We bought a fantastic floor model mattress from a local Folsom store. The salesmen were helpful, patient, and very accommodating. We had our amazing bed delivered by Lugg the next day!

Joe was a great help, I needed 6 different mattresses and he had me in and out of the store quickly. Thanks again!

Dropped by Mattress Firm while out shopping for a new bed. The location is convenient to most of the key shopping in Folsom. The store is clean and set nicely for the selection of matresses and frames they have a ailable. The staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. While we didn't end up making a purchase, I would definitely go back to compare when looking for another new bed in the future.

I was greeted promptly in a friendly manner and was asked what I was looking for. "A pillow! " I was shown the wall of examples and allowed to try. The gentleman knew his products and was able to explain them. This and trying the interesting ones allowed me to make a selection quickly. Unfortunately, I was not able to leave with my selection! No stock in store. Hence the one star deduction. I have to return in a day or two to pick it up. I don't live in the same town, so this is somewhat inconvenient. Each store should carry a small stock, so that walk ins like me can walk out with product in hand.

Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to which mattress would be best for my needs. He doesn’t try to play games and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does.
