They sold us an outlet (preowned) mattress under the false pretense of giving us a family and friends discount while never disclosing to us that what we were getting was preowned. I signed off at checkout without paying attention to netty gritty of thier paperwork and later saw my receipt at home that it was qualified as preowned/outlet, not to mention that it wasn't the correct model either. Buyers beware and ask if what you are getting is brand new, as my sales rep didn't bother to give us that info. I canceled the order the next morning.

Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable of products and gave me information so I could make informed decisions and understand the options available after purchase.
She was easy to work with and will be supportive to ensure timely delivery.

Thomas at Mattress Firm, 2100 Arden Way, was more then amazing! This was my boyfriend and I's first time in a mattress store and I'm so thankful Thomas was there to help us in picking out the right mattress for our needs/wants. He was friendly, honest and beyond helpful. We stopped in simply to feel out prices/styles but walked out with a new mattress simply because the quality of service Thomas provided for us. He did not push or upsell anything to us, which was so awesome and unexpected. If you're in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend this location and especially recommend Thomas as an associate! Also, our mattress will be delivered less then 24 hours of purchasing. Woohoo!

This is for the delivery persons that came to my house on
October 24,2021, at 2: 30pm. They were professional and
did a really good job. They put the bed where I wanted it
and put some covers on the bottom of the legs for me.
They were polite and were very efficient and got the job
done in a timely manner. I would like to thank them again.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. I was looking to purchase a new mattress and had a few brands I had been considering. Justin immediately greeted me and went above and beyond to make my mattress experience exceptional. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable during the entirety of the interaction. Justin took the time to ask me questions to make sure I was getting the mattress that best fit what I was looking for and brought up aspects I hadn’t even considered. I went to mattress firm earlier this year and was helped out by Brandy. She showed me around and I tested out a few beds. She was patient, kind and extremely informative. She gave me quotes. She wasn't pushy or anything and understood I wanted to bring my husband back. Well months went by but o had saved up the $ needed and found a time to come back. Brandy again helped us and made it all stress free. We can't wait to get our new bed.

These folks are great! I was in to get a mattress cover that was supposed to be there, according to a Mattress Firm at a different location. But they were sold out of it and the computer database had not been updated. So unbelievably, the woman who was so graciously working for me offered to sell me a much more expensive one for the much lower price I had been looking for! I left with a huge smile on my face, and a great feeling about the workers at the store.

Justin, our sales rep was extremely friendly, showed us a lot of options in a lot of price ranges and really helped us make the best decision for our new bed.

Initially my adjustable bed frame was too high (approx. 12"?) ; so I called & they offered me a FREE Accommodation Adjustment. The 2 techs unscrewed the approx 4" portions of the 2-part posts, leaving the approx. 8" portion of post on the frame. They were quick, efficient & thorough - I couldn't ask for anything better! The height seems to be good now.
