Isaac provided excellent service & I laid on lots of mattresses. It was a tough choice to make. No pressure. I came back the next day with my pick. Lets see what it is like when I finally actually HAVE the mattress.

I called a head of time guy told me 400 bucks I could get a full size foam matress i drive 15 miles with a child and no matress on site guy didn't listen when I called said there was alot of people its a ghost town place very disappointed matress firm!

We had gone to the Murray Dr location and Shaun was very knowledgeable about our new bed and base. It had been awhile since we had purchased a bed we needed extra help! Then came the delivery they showed up only to discover that we had a King bed frame and not the Cal king we ordered. The delivery guys were so sweet to wait while I called and spoke with Andrew at the Jackson Dr location! I had gone back and forth several times on keeping it or getting a King size in the end they all were so patient and Andrew was able to help guide me in the right direction with out any judgment on my Indecisiveness!

I came to the store on a Walker after an accident. I met Isaac who asked me some sleep questions and then guided me to several mattresses. I did not shop by price just about how good the mattress felt. Within half an hour I picked the one I wanted and was offered financial info. I chose to pay for it on my credit card.
The mattress was delivered as promised and set up quickly. When I went to bed that night I found the bed much to high. I called and was promised someone would be here The next am To make it right.
Two guys came at 9 and lowered it just as promised.
I am Very happy with my new temperpedic mattress. I spent a bit more then planned, but I have four months to fall in love with my new bed.
Mattress Firm delivered as promised and I would highly recommend them if you are shopping.

Great experience, I have a tailbone injury and I found out it's the best time to go bed shopping! I ended up getting a Tempur-Pedic even though it's out of my price range I was in heaven and I didn't want to leave so the salesman said stay here as long as you'd like!
I Have to wait for my bed but I already know with my tailbone injury if it makes me feel that good on a bad day how much better it's going to feel in a good day!

My man Shaun was super chill. Really cared about how I wanted to sleep and what my budget was. Super stoked at the outcome wasn’t really looking to secure a mattress the day I came in but he sold it to me good. 5 stars for sure and ay Shaun you better upgrade that gpu soon bro

Shaun was beyond helpful, friendly, and professional! Couldn’t recommend this store and him highly enough. He helped my sister and I find our PERFECT mattress. He led us around the show room with immense knowledge based on our liking, need, and budget. He provided a comfortable space and energy, perfect for mattress testing! The store itself was clean and enjoyable to be in. Definitely visit when you’re on the hunt for a new mattress!

Process was very informative and easy. Drew was our salesman and he was very accommodating and it was a no pressure sale. A good experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Isaac was amazing! My husband and I had bought our CalKing from mattress firm a few years ago from the mission valley location, we were looking to switch to a king and stopped in to mattress firm in la Mesa. Isaac did a good job of asking us questions to try and narrow down our search to make everything not as overwhelming. We ended up finding the perfect mattress and a great deal. Thanks again!

Was fine. Pillow was overpriced Compared to temper pedic online as I later discovered. But I gave brick n mortar a try.

We have been needing a new mattress for awhile, and I've just recently started reading reviews on mattresses, checking consumer reports on 'best mattresses' and reading up on specifications.
Why is there such a thing as a bed in a box, and why is it so much less than a mattress in a store? Why are there so many mattresses to choose from? It makes my head spin, because I need a good mattress that's going to last but I don't want to spend 5,6 or 7 thousand dollars on something without a drive shaft!
Our visit to the La Mesa Mattress Firm was just to add to my mattress curiosity and talk to an experienced dealer, and make his head spin with all my inquiries! The plan was to check out the mattresses, ask questions, get quotes and go home to contemplate which one would be best.
We walked in, and we were greeted by Will. He asked what we were looking for and I let the questions, comments and the child within me run free! Will never missed a beat! He had a good sense of humor and a great attitude! I was ready to go home and think about the experience, and Will was accommodating with sending us home
with information on the top 2 mattresses we liked.
But I realized that Will had already given me all the information I needed, I knew which mattress felt the best after several test naps. We decided to go ahead with the purchase! Will was a pleasure to work with and he made the whole experience comfortable. We didn't get a BMW, but we got Cadillac service!
