The sales person Joe was very knowledgeable and engaging, he showed us the different products, explained the differences and gave us time to decide.

As soon as we entered the Mattress Firm store, the sales rep Gary greeted us and introduced himself. He was nice, helpful, & professional throughout the sales process.

The negative is return policy that you have to pay $$ for delivery $ pickup if there's a problem with the mattress.

I went to a few different places before I stopped by Mattress Firm. Garry greeted us and it was down hill from there. He was attentive and listened to our matress needs. Needless to say, he quickly found us THE ONE. My intention was to upgrade my son's room, but the deal he gave us was too good to pass up.so we upgraded my daughters room as well. The kids love their new queen sized beds and they especially enjoy the adjustable bed frames.
