Anthony was great helping us choose a mattress and he patiently answered our questions. He also meticulously went over the features of several options and the details of delivery, returns/exchanges, conditions, etc. He also asked details about where the mattress would go, making sure that there would be no problem with the manufacturer’s warranty.

There are plenty of options in the store, even for pillows and accessories. It was a painless experience buying a mattress here, and the staff went above and beyond! Thank you!

The fellow in the Mattress Firm @ Mission Bay was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I was there during my lunch break and put a $500 down on a really nice bed. I went back last Saturday to pay the balance on the bed but I had to use a cashiers check since there was fraud on my accounts at my credit union and I had them destroy the credit card and debit card. No one at mattress firm knows what a cashiers check is including the manager. So let me let you all know what a cashiers check is. The bank or credit union takes the cash from my account and place is it in a special account just to guarantee this check. This bank check is as good as cash anywhere in America and most places in the world. Hopefully they have cleared it up. I expected delivery of the bed yesterday, but I am still awaiting it today on Tuesday. However, I work today so delivery will be a complex operation.

My visit was awesome quick professional and they work with you within your budget not trying to upgrade you which is a plus in my book definitely recommend them

Our shopping experience couldn’t have been more smooth - with a super experienced and well trained sales person it took us less than 20 minutes to make our choice with no sense of confusion or hesitation. We are waiting for our order to arrive in a few days. We’ll see how the product itself will live up to our expectations.

Unfortunately the product we bought, Beautyrest Firm, has definitely NOT met with the expectations and is already sagging. We bought this mattress because my partner has a bad back and we needed a strong support for sleeping. But not only the mattress is not firm 18 months into its life, but it's also giving me a back pain. My partner has opted to sleeping on the floor as the mattress is a hazard to his back.

I have requested for a product service from Mattressfirm - waiting to see if they will stand behind their service and rectify the situation.

Pamela was great. Very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and not over bearing, let me take all the time I needed to find the right fit.

The representative expertly guided me through the process of mattress selection. I tend to rush these types of interactions to my own cost and the representative slowed me down in a very nice manner so we were able to choose a mattress that would better suit my needs.
