I bought all my mattresses from this store. Service is great, sales persons are knowledgeable and they show you mattresses for your budget without any pressure to buy. The delivery service is great, they called ahead and were on time.
I could definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

It is nice to be able to see and feel the mattress before you buy it. MattressFirm provides such a place conveniently. Lots of mattress to see and test, shop assistant is nice and helpful. Price might be a bit more expensive than online shopping, but it’s worth it. Feel like an investment in durable commodity as well as health.

Be careful of the 0% financing promotion…huge scam between Mattress firm and infamous fraudulent synchrony bank…it dramatically lowers your credit score and hits you with large late fee even if you pay bill on time….

The showroom is well lit and welcoming. Love is friendly and easy to talk. She left her name, phone and the merchandise on the pamphlet in my first visit. Her information helps remind me to go back to her when we are ready to order the bed. Love is professional.

I've been shopping with Mattress Firm for a long time, it's the only place I'd go & trust for my bed. Great customer service and non-pushy sales people. They were very helpful and patient while I tried every bed in the place. They even helped me pick out the "perfect" pillow for my new bed.

Appreciated the undivided attention from Lisa, who listened to what I needed and didn't try to upsell me. The mattress is going to a family member in another state, and she made sure that a local shop had the right product and that my family member was OK with the delivery window and process.

I’m blanking on the lady’s name who helped me - she had reddish hair and glasses - but she was really kind and helpful! I was even impressed that she asked me my name as I was searching around and then later on remembered it and even spelled it correctly! I’ve been looking for a good pillow for half a year now. I’ve tried about 5 and I really think the tempur-cloud pillow is the one that’s best suited for me! It has just the right amount of softness and cushy-ness.
