Sharnice was of great help! She Gave us time to think and answered our questions when needed.

I wasn't familiar with that whole shopping area. To many stores and turn only lanes with not enough signage. Found the Mattress Firm store with patients directions from employee Carlos. Wish there was a way to get a comprehensive map of all streets, car lanes to be in to and from the stores in that whole shopping complex. Shopping was difficult and I will avoid it for now but service from Carlos made the trip worth while.
I had tried to find a specific store a few weeks ago and got so frustrated I just turned around and went home. I couldn't find my way back home fast enough

Sharnice was THE BEST! She was so nice, friendly and helpful! She made this the best experience ever. We have already recommended her to a few people who are also looking for beds. Can’t praise her enough!

The delivery folks extremely professional. Came on time and set it up fast and efficiently.

Mike was very informative when we came like 3 mos ago, and when we finally decided to get a new bed, George was patiently explaining the details of what we wanted and was very informative as well in giving us comparison of each mattresses. He was so busy but still didn’t rush us to decide but was creative in managing his time. Very good customer service.

Give Carlos a raise! He was so helpful and personable, very friendly. Had all the information about the different brands and could answer any questions you had. This was my first time here and I'd definitely recommend friends and family to come to the Fremont Mattress Firm and talk to him.

I love how both Michelle and Michael listened to my needs and worked with me to find the right mattress. There was no attempt to pressure me or up-sale.

The store manager contacted me the day after my review, who cares about his customers indeed and resolve my issue immediately.

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm with an awful experience. What the sales present in the show room and what I received during the delivery is TOTALLY different item.
When I contacted the sales and store manager for my complaint, they refused to communicate and refused they provided SO misleading sales experience to me. I was feeling ridiculed when they told me you can sell the adjustable base on FB marketplace if you don't like it. What?

They also do not accept the return for this item. Very bad experience. I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from them.

Great experience end to end, from store visit to delivery and setup, (accommodation of my delivery schedule) and after purchase sale adjustment.

Went with a different brand, after being a life long Beautyrest consumer, hoping to love Temperpedic, waiting to see.

George helped us pick the right mattress. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole transaction. He gave us great recommendations based on what we wanted from a new mattress. Super service, and quick with explaining how everything was going to work. I explained how another vendor was supposed to deliver the same week but ended up shifting almost to a two week delivery. They assured I would get next day delivery with cleanup, and assembly. 10/10 care from this store.
