You guys lied to me. I wasn't going to even order the bed until your guy at the office said they would take everything away. Today the bed arrives and they won't take the base. I will definitely not recommend this place. This has been a terrible experience.

The minute we walked in, we was greeted by everyone! Zayd was the one that helped me and my husband find the perfect mattress. His customer service was on point. He made it alot easier to shop for a mattress! The place is clean and they have a ton of choices to choose from!

The customer service was AMAZING! All my questions were answered and the staff was very PLEASANT and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress and EXCELLENT customer service!

The associate that helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Heard my situation and gave me a great rate to help me out. Will definitely refer people to this location!

We bought a queen mattress, for our new apartment, from Mattress Firm in Redlands (Store #503030). FRANKLIN, the sales associate, was very helpful and answered all of my many, many questions! He and the store MANAGER, KYLE, found us a mattress that worked in our budget. Both men have excellent customer service manners and skills. Today we received delivery of our mattress in Hemet, CA by HECTOR and JUAN. We love our new mattress from MATTRESS FIRM! THANK YOU, Sirs. ~ Mr. & Mrs. Garrett

We had a wonderful experience this morning with Kyle as our salesperson. He walked us thru the process and we ended up getting a great Serta mattress. He was awesome!

My transaction did not start at this store. But the lack of follow through from the store, and the way the company has handled my situation up till this day is appalling. I purchased a mattress at the OC fair on June 25th. We were excited for the new mattress, base and accessories agreed upon. We had an agreed verbal price but changed or minds on what was initially discussed. We had discussed an adjustable base 900 with one of the top-of-the-line mattresses in a king. We came to an agreement of about 6K which included the pillows, mattress cover, base, and the mattress itself. As me and my wife continued to discuss it, we asked what the price would be for a split king instead in the same items. He left came back and said he could do it for the same price with the same components. So, we agreed to the transaction. Well, when we got home, I did not look at the paperwork until the day it was delivered which was two days later (awesome turnaround time by the way) Well the mattresses were delivered and setup up. We only had one pillow a, two different bases that were not agreed to and no mattress protectors. The original salesman said some item would be coming via FedEx. So, my though was they will arrive in a few days. Well, they never came. I looked at the paperwork and were not included. I then reached out to the salesman several times to inform him about the missing pillow, mattress protectors, and the incorrect bases delivered. He did not reply to my call, I left him a voicemail and never responded. I sent him a text which was marked as read (IOS) but never responded. I went into the Redlands location were a very friendly salesman spoke to me. He did say there might not be much that could be done at the store level, which was understandable, but he would email his manager (Kyle) to see if maybe in discussion with a district manager they might be able to do something for me. I understood the dilemma presented but expected a phone call to at least state the previous information. It is now August 8th and still have not received a phone call from Kyle. I proceeded to contacted online customer support. There have been several interactions that have pushed me back to the salesperson. After my initial online inquiry and numerous emails pushing me back to the sales associate nothing has been resolved. I continue to get the run around from the customer support online department and the salesperson. It has now been close to six weeks, and nothing has been resolved nor spoken to me about how they will correct this situation. On top of that when reviewing the paperwork that 6K went up to 8K. I opened one account under my name that was approved for 5k so my wife opened a second one to complete the transaction total. We agreed upon 60 months 0% APR. One of the cards was correct the second one was extended to a 72-month period with only 60 months 0% APR but would be billed the interest after the 60-month period. But this as I signed, I cannot not argue about it. Just due your due diligence so this does not happen to you.

This was a wonderful mattress purchasing experience. Aaron was very helpful in explaining all the differences in the mattresses. Our mattress was delivered the next day and we love it.

Went in to get my 13 year old a new mattress and Zayd was attentive and helpful. He was so professional and knowledgeable, but not pushy! We took home the perfect mattress for my kiddo at a great price!

I went in looking to buy a mattress, just looking, price checking. Mattress Firm Redlands, had what I was looking for. Free delivery and if it goes bad in one, two or what ever years, they don't pro-rate it, they cover replacement 100%. Price was excellent. Thank you Aaron, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Zayd really helped with our decision because of my back problem he knew exactly what I wanted and he even told us about mattresses that were returned in excellent condition and we bought one of those which was a temperpedic.

Went in and I believe Aaron was his name that helped me purchase a set of queen mattresses. Very friendly and explained Warranty etc.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and asked me a few questions so they could prepare for me to come to the store. Once there, Ellie was fantastic! She helped me pick out the right mattress quickly and they gave me a great deal. She was really friendly and honestly a lot of fun to talk to and joke around with, which was cool. If I need another mattress, I'll definitely come back here. Good stuff

Great Experience, Fantastic Salesperson, Great Value, I will Never Buy Another Mattress from Mattress Firm because when I called the toll free number listed on their website, with a simple question, they wouldn't allow me to talk to a Live Person, my only option was to converse through a computer which is simply Unacceptable!

Aaron at the Redlands store was great. He took his time and made sure he understood what we wanted and what felt comfortable to us.
