I purchased a Temperpedic ego frame.
Joshua the sales person took my order over the phone. He was polite and professional. He went out of the way to make my order happen without a problem.
All communication was good and the delivery team was on time and very fast.

This has been an excellent experience so far. We purchased the bed yesterday and it will be delivered this week. Ryan is a joy to work with. He helped us find the right bed for us in our budget. A no pressure, relaxed vibe. I spoke with another customer who told me they purchased their last bed from Mattress Firm after falling asleep for 3 hours on a mattress she was auditioning. The staff allowing her to test as long as needed - and she obviously found the right bed for her.

Greg was great explaining in detail the products available. He was kind considerate and not pushy. If your going to buy a sleep system, Go see Greg.

Sales rep offered different choices and a good price. Went to another store that basically the same setup but sales person was just going thru the motions. While their price was cheaper by 150 they never asked my wife’s name and tended to talk around her ton to us when we asked questions.

I needed a new mattress for my 18 year old son so I visited your location in Roseville. I worked with Ryan and the best part about his service was how he understood what my needs really were. This was our first experience mattress shopping in a store and it went very well. We were helped by Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and patient with us test multiple beds for about an hour and a half. We left with a new mattress on the way to us in a couple days.
