Your sales lady, Charmaine was very pleasant. She was knowledgeable about the variety of styles and discounts. Of which I personally had reviewed myself.
If the store had been cold, it would have been 5 stars.

Cheypria, our customer service representative, was great! She was personable and extremely helpful with all of my questions and wonderings. She even honored a price match on mattress set-up and delivery from another store. I’m so excited for my new adjustable frame and mattress to arrive!

The store was clean n welcoming. Charmain really did an exceptional job. Even made an exception to make the exchange for a better mattress for my 87 yo father over riding the try it for at least 30 days policy.it’s no wonder we return to the San Leandro store for all our mattress needs and refer our family members as well.

Great place for a mattress.
My choice and purchase last no longer than 15 minutes. I explained that I was on a budget and needed a new mattress for a month as I don't live in California. The sales person understood my request and was very quick. They delivered on time next day at my son's house. No charges for delivery. Very happy

First I called, because I was confused why there was two Mattress Firms so close together, and I spoke to Charmain, she was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining the differences between the two stores and further explained the differences between the two box springs and frames I was interested in. Her attitude is what drew me in.
When I went in she was very welcoming and spent time explaining the invoice and the expectations of the whole transaction. She is the epitome of customer service.

Very good service, they were very patient and understanding. Delivery was a bit delayed but the workers were very nice and helpful and installation was done very quickly. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would my parents bought their mattress frame from them one night about a month ago while they were sleeping the mattress frame snapped in half they could have seriously injured themselves. They have been on a run around to get a replacement they get told the frame is on recall and they give me a bunch of phone numbers to call and I get no response I go back to them and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it but they are the ones who sold it to me so meanwhile they are sleeping on a broken mattress frame while they are still collecting a lovely monthly payment for something that is broken. They give poor customer service and haven’t resolved anything and it’s been over a month very poor and unprofessional service. This is will be reported to the BBB

Chairman helped me with my questions and I was able to get the exact item I wanted. She is also very nice and the reason I would shop at this store again.

Charmaine was a great help with finding our new mattress. She was knowledgeable and listened to what we really wanted.

I purchased my bed on July 4th at the Alameda county fair. I’ve had so many problems with it. First the base was defective I got a new base. However, when the new base was brought out, the technicians missed putting on one of the legs. I didn’t find out until I tried sitting at the bottom of the bed and the bed flipped up. Now I have to wait to Thursday, September 7th to get it fixed. I wish I hadn’t bought this bed.
