My experience was amazing! My husband and I had previously came in sometime in December, and Anissa helped us. She explained the differences between all of the mattresses and what you get for the price. We couldn’t purchase during our visit because we were on escrow but I was finally able to purchase the mattress today and she was still able to give us the price from our first visit. She was so sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Anissa (from the San Marcos location off furniture row). Definitely recommend buying your mattress from her!

Excellent customer care. My wife and I purchased a mattress here and a few months later, we realized that it wasn’t the mattress for us. We went into the office and they helped us choose the right mattress and made the replacement process extremely easy. We are very grateful for they way they treated us. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new mattress to purchase. I came to Mattress Firm, and was greeted by Samantha. She did an excellent job of explaining all the details on each mattress and type, as well as pricing information and financing options. I tried out most memory foam mattresses but decided on the Nectar. Hopefully it's as good as advertised. But I will come back again for future needs.

We got lucky when we met Manny. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. We needed a mattress for Mom and he helped us with a smile.

We could not believe how much fun it could be going to try out mattresses! Ken at Mattress Firm San Marcos, was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he was a ton of fun to work with. It’s the holiday season and he’s also a full fledged Santa Claus in his spare time. The beard is real! Ken took the time to educate us on the types of mattresses, had us try numerous ones out and didn’t try to upsell anything. Their inventory is wonderful and fits all financial needs. Lots of perks and price cuts to offer and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase as well as the service we got at this store.
