I walked in and was acknowledged by the entire staff at the counter and approached by lawrence. I didn't get the twin mattress I saw online because it would have taken days to deliver but I did not leave empty handed. I had to leave with a mattress. Lawrence got the manager involved and between the 2 it was a success. Thank you mattress firm of Vallejo for being productive and professional.

The whole experience buying at Mattress Firm vallejo was really above and beyond any other store. The two people that help was Lawrence and Oliver were very patient and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Good price for new and used mattress. They are very willing to work with what kind of budget you want to spend and not really pushing things just for you to buy. They have all kinds of bed and they wanna make sure you try and get the comfortable one for you. Thank you Lawrence and Oliver you guys are the best. Last thing they are filipino and speak tagalog so if you are one of the kababayan you would definitely be comfortable buying here making it feel like home. The process was relatively swift and easy. It so happen that i already have in mind what i need before coming to the store and with the help of Mr. Oliver Beato, the buying process was made even faster. Thanks to Mattress Firm and can’t wait to try sleeping on my new adjustable base.

My experience was good, the sales person Kashif Lewis had very good people skills, he was very pleasant and he was very informative about the different types of mattress that they carry and the different benefits of each one

Had an issue with the height of the bed purchased for my grandparents who are 96 and 93 yrs old. Lady who helped us with the exchange was very courteous and helpful. Place was spacious and fairly clean.

Both my boyfriend and I work office jobs so we're sitting constantly throughout the day. Our main issues were back pain/pressure and tension in our shoulders. Chris walked us though the different types of beds from soft to firm and different technologies to really narrow down what we needed. He was also super helpful on educating us on mattress care to increase the longevity of our purchase. We decided on a firm, hybrid mattress with an adjustable bed frame. That adjustable bed frame really sealed the deal for us!
Not only was Chris fantastic to work with, the whole team at Vallejo Mattress Firm were extremely personable and carried a great atmosphere. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going here!

Art helped us today, he was very friendly, very educated on the products, as well as there pros and cons. We look forward to coming back soon to get our Purple 4 Bed, and we will definitely be asking for Art.

Great place to shop for a comfortable mattress. They now offer all options from the economical box mattresses to the new purple mattress. They offer great prices and financing options too.

I decided that my wife and I should get a new mattress setup for our anniversary. Our old mattress is 3 years old but has already sunk a couple inches and leaves us aching in the morning. Eric was a big help. He helped us figure out what kind of mattress we needed. Medium was perfect because I like a firm mattress and my wife likes a soft one. Got a great deal on a top of the line mattress. My wife was thrilled with the adjustable bases but I thought it was a waste of money. He found us a deal on one for just a couple hundred bucks. Also gave me a recommendation on the purple pillow once he noticed I was a stomach sleeper. If you are a stomach sleeper, go to mattress firm and buy this pillow even if you don't need a mattress. Hopefully delivery and set-up is as pleasant as the purchase was. Sales associate was informative, and didn't pressure us or try to steer us towards more expensive products. What a pleasure. SO FAR, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE. THE FIRST ENCOUNTER I HAD WAS WITH TANEKA JOHNSON (LOANED FROM FAIRFIELD), WITH MY PURCHASE. I CAME IN ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND ADVISED HER I WOULDN'T BE AVAILABLE FOR A DELIVERY FOR 30 DAYS OR SO DUE TO ME MOVING. SHE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME, AS I WAS INDECISIVE AND TESTED MULTIPLE MATTRESSES. ONCE I FINALLY MADE A SELECTION, SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE BED AND SAID IF I HAD ANY ISSUES, SHE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH ME CONTACTING HER. THE SECOND ENCOUNTER I HAD WAS TODAY REGARDING MY DELIVERY BEING 3 HOURS EARLY. I CALLED INTO THE VALLEJO STORE AND SPOKE WITH KASHIF, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. I ADVISED HIM I WAS WORKING AND WAS NOT ABLE TO LEAVE UNTIL THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED TIME OF DELIVERY (12: 30 PM-3: 30 PM). KASHIF WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THE WAREHOUSE, SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY FOR A LATER TIME, AND CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 15 MINS. I REALLY APPRECIATE BOTH EMPLOYEES AND LOVE THE FACT THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YALL DO; I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING ANOTHER PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE.

My wife and I bought a bed online and decided it wasn't the right bed for us. So, we went to the Mattress Firm store and had such a positive experience. Lilly, the sales woman who helped us, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a lot of different types of beds, bed frames, pillows, etc.to look at to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Best of all, Lilly, was super helpful matching prices and trying her best to give us the best deal. I would come back here again instead of going online if I am in the market again to buy a bed or any accessories.

Taneka was so helpful. We walked in not knowing a thing & left with our dream bed set u. She really listened to all of our needs & helped us check all the boxes. I called in a couple times with questions & she was very prompt with getting me all the info I needed. I cant wait for us to get our bed delivered & finally get some good sleep. My husband and I went to Mattress Firm in Vallejo over Memorial weekend to replace our bed. I loved how the staff walked us through the process of selecting just the right bed without the pressure of buying today. There are so many choices when buying a bed. It’s overwhelming! We really took our time and I feel like we found perfect bed. We waited 2 days for the delivery and the delivery guys set up our new bed, showed me how to operate the adjustable platform and made sure I was all set. I can’t say enough about the great service and our experience we had buying a new bed. It’s a major purchase so selecting the right bed is so important.
