The manager Keo cares about selling you without listening your needs and when you try to return she tries to make sure you exchange instead so you are stuck with the item you exchanged. I bout an adjustable bed and purple mattress back in November for my own birthday. Both not good at all for us. Very expensive both but I thought she was advising me correctly. Unfortunately, they were not at all what I was looking for. Looking around in the store I found beds and mattress that could be a better option and she agreed with us but emi asked why she didn’t present those options to us before and said that because her other employee was helping me but she was right next to her checking on her but she didn’t say anything. At the same time she was reinforcing her employee advice. Of course, they were more expensive options that the other ones. Anyway, I returned the purple mattress but I got stuck with an adjustable base that feel like a hospital one. Every time I raise the back we end up at the bottom of the bed. They have other styles that do not do that and are cheaper. Also when we got the split purple mattress because of her recommendations (of course you spend more that way) she said there won’t be any gap between mattresses. There is a big gap that you may fall in! When I told her she said, yeah I know! What?
Try them in the store and buy online! Better service. If you buy in the store you are stuck with them. The company won’t do anything to help because they work separately.
