Wish I could give them zero star. They didn’t sent the mattress that they showed during purchase.and after 3-4 month mattress feels and look uneven. And please make sure about their return policies before purchase.

Helped us out a lot, my boyfriend and I are new renters. We came across this place when driving past and stopped by, excellent service and helped a ton with our price budget.

Bought 4 mattress here last year. Lasted about 4 months before springs were poking out and mattress was caved in. Save your money and shop elsewhere, Sam's club has better mattress at a better value.

Very disappointed and very angry. I have purchased 4 mattress sets and one huge recliner chair ($650) from them and they were all great and I left rave reviews about them. This last one I purchased without even looking at it because I trusted them to send the same mattress I bought before, paid them an extra $50 on top of their $50 delivery fee to deliver same day, and wound up with a bulky poorly stuffed mattress that has the springs poking out on each side and is NOT the same as the others I bought. I think it was a used mattress too, due to its condition. In total, I paid $500 for a twin box spring and mattress plus delivery and wound up giving it away to someone who needed a bed although in really poor condition through no fault of mine.
They lost a customer that paid a lot for their merchandise over the years (few thousands) for such a shoddy item delivered to someone who trusted them to do me right.which they didn't.
I will never step foot in their store again OR recommend them.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Tried to give an opportunity to local business but its not worth it. Had trouble with their wrong furniture delivery and with refund.
THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE VISIT THEM.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Poor quality furniture and really bad customer service. We bought bed from them and that was my biggest mistake. I literally wasted my money. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever.

Hello, Don’t pay them before delivery Ever. If u guyz r thinking to go on that place, think 4-5 times. They have one furniture store in Roseville and other is in yuba city, both r same worst.i am sure other furniture places are same too. Worst place ever, they will never deliver your furniture on time even you guyz pay full. The owner never come on phone when you call them to ask about furniture delivery. He said text me only. They text back after so many days or said we will deliver in 3-4. There 3-4 days never comes. If they deliver they deliver wrong stuff or floor model Scratch on headboard crack sleigh send us old floor model stuff and even after 2 months when we call them they said they have emergency so delivery delayed. When i try to talk to owner and tell him that i will take some action, he said its ok take it. They don’t care, like they are used to give trouble to all there customers. I request all the people if u choose to go there never pay them before they deliver you your furniture.this place supposed to be shut off.

The worst place to shop in Yuba City. Told us new bed would be there in two weeks from Jul30th. They never have called us I called them several time and I wait till tell end of December we always have to call them for information. Item is delivered at the end of December But not the right order they send me wrong order when I contact them they said OK we will re-order and I wait for three more months they didn’t contact me.i asked for our money back and we were told there would be a 30% restocking fee. I went in to purchase a bed and I was helped immediately. The guy that helped me had a lot of great information about the beds. They had great prices and excellent customer service.

Amazing staff, and absolutely unbeatable prices! Great quality mattresses and furniture! I would recommend this place to my family and friends before anywhere else!

The worst place to shop in Yuba City. Told us new bed would be there in two weeks from Dec 9th. They had it in their LA warehouse is what they told us. They never have called us we always have to call them for information. Item is still not delivered as of today, January 22nd. Asked for our money back and we were told there would be a 30% restocking fee. That is ridiculous. Try to shop local and this what you get. Our family has been in Yuba City for over 90 years and we will NEVER shop at this place again. Mattress Express is a Joke!

This is a terrible place to go to he can not keep his words he is rude and gives late delivery

Great furniture and amazing staff. Owner was real helpful and worked with us. I've purchased a bed and couch from them and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Amazing local store and great service!

I walked in the store looking for a firm mattress! They asked me how I slept and I told them on my side. They showed me several mattresses and said to try them out. 10 minutes later the mattress was loaded and tied down in my truck. The employees were so nice and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Great customer service!

It was the first time we tried a local furniture store and had a terrible experience. He told us that no delivery charges for local delivery, but we got charged for that. When called, they said it would deliver next week, which they said the truck broke down. So basically, we got our order stuff after 30 days, and when we received it, it was the wrong product delivered. Luckily I took pictures of what we had ordered and called them again. My daughter was very excited to get her new room set up for her birthday, which never happened due to horrible service. Then this guy, I do not like to mention the name promised that sorry we messed up, We will make it up, which never happened. As of my experience, I would say highly overpriced, wrong product, terrible delivery service, cannot keep their words.

I tried to ask about a listing he had on a sectional and he wouldn’t answer how much the sectional was. He kept repeating “our prices start at $399” and not answering how much a specific sectional was worth. I don’t care how cheap your prices are starting at, just tell me what I’m gonna pay for the sectional before I drive 2 hours! All communications seemed shady. Probably a bait and switch style of selling. Don’t recommend go with Costco furniture for better quality furniture.

The customer service at the shop was great. They showed me exactly what I ask for. The young man who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the pros & cons of each item we were choosing from. The delivery team was outstanding! Professional, socialable, respectful and worked together like a very well oiled machine

I didn't end up buying anything (they didn't have what I wanted) but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
