Never heard of these guys, they spam me all the time with calls and texts. Not sure if this is a real company or just lead generating resale trash. Wouldn't call or contact just to avoid the spam.

True professionalism and customer service! I only wish more companies would treat their customers with the level of excellence I experienced. Kyle was very quick on locating the issue with my A/C unit and he had also had the new parts with him! What more can you ask for. We were up and running in less than 20 mins! If you have an issue, I strongly suggest you look nowhere else!

Was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time and professionalism. I have issues with my old unit and of course it acts up on the hottest days in Elk Grove. Upon arrival Kyle the hvac technician immediately identified the problem, his concerns were where to get parts for it in a Sunday, but was able to macGyver it and build his own replacement part literally in 10 minutes. Incredibly impressive! Family owned and legit. So happy and relived to say the least

Worst place ever in my life to have purchased a whole AC Unit & Home Ceiling fan & had them install it with warranty on equipment & a 2 year warranty on Labor services, only to be stuck with a unit that breaks down constantly, in the middle of a Heat Wave, & not get service, then being told that the work they did, was not their work& that it was someone else’s mistake. And the owner stopping all work to my home because their AC Unit which they installed is garbage & was costing them too much money to fix their mistake. Not honoring their warranty on products & Labor Services. Owner is not professional & does not know his workers or what goes on with his business! Will report this business to the BBB. And am seeking an Attorney! To all that are seeking products & services with this Business stay clear & go somewhere else.

I had BHES install a new central AC system at my property. I liked that they were understanding of my budget and clearly outlined what the job will consist of. They were polite, on time, and also finished the job faster than I expected. The owner was also very open to all my questions and provided suggestions for my project. I strongly recommend this company for an AC installation.

Kyle and his team were prompt, professional, and quick on the job. They installed the AC/Heater unit package in record time. Kyle was constantly communicating with us and keeping us informed during the entire process. They did a really great job and went above and beyond fixing things around the house while installing the new package unit. The billing process was also quite easy to manage. My unit installed last year had problems blowing cool air out during the beginning of summer. It always happened during the late afternoon when no technician was on call. They said they had to be here when it wasn’t working to figure it out so they never figured out the problem. Finally the system corrected itself and ran great the entire hot season.
This year the first time I went to use it, it blew out warm air. I tried it 3 more times within 2 days. It still blew out warm air. I called Carlos and he said they hired a new technician that could figure out why this happens. Two technicians came out today, (it is 55 degrees out) and again they can’t figure out what the problem is. They told me to schedule a 5 pm appointment May 12 because it would be 88 degrees. They said for me to call for an appointment and they would also tell the office.
I called the office to make the appointments and the system analysis person was rude. He said the techs said the system worked fine. They didn’t tell him about any May 12 appointment. He was unable to listen to the history of my units summer function capabilities nor what transpired with the thermostat. He cut me off saying, “this is how it is going to be”. Then he gave me to the scheduler to finish talking to. He was done trying to figure out why his unit had this problem. The scheduler was apologetic and said he wanted to help me. We decided on a plan that worked for both of us.
It is too bad that upper management doesn’t want to fix their units problem. They got they sale, so they were done.

The Bright Home Energy Company offers excellent professional services. I was very pleased with the installation of the new air- conditioning unit. They are friendly and very competent. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this kind of service at their home.

Bright Home deserves 5/5 for their level of quality, timely service and professionalism. My first experience with them was when my heater stopped working mid-winter. They arrived the next morning and replaced the furnace at a reasonable price and also upgraded my thermostat. Several months later, my AC unit started leaking refrigerant. I called Kyle and his team arrived on the same day to diagnose. Just as they did with the furnace, they quoted me fairly on a newer and improved AC unit and I had a working AC to battle the insane 110F heat the next day. Carlos even dropped off a portable system for the interim. All in all, impeccable service from Bright Home Energy. Thank you!
