Came her pre-Covid and 4 years later post covid…the gym looks just as great as ever. Family owned gym and a great environment to learn boxing. All the coaches have smiles on their faces and Sherman, the head trainer, always greets you with a smile. They have kids classes and there are a lot of children who come. If you want to reach your kid self defense, have them come here. Everyone here is superrrrr friendly. Would highly recommend!

Amazing vibes, friendly people, knowledgeable coaches, and super affordable rates. One of the only “real” boxing gyms in San Diego!
