I've been here twice to get jeans altered. The experience was great and very professional. I will highly recommend this place for any alterations.

They’re so rude I cannot believe I wasted my time coming to this pathetic excuse of a business. I was referred to by Piacci, an excellent suit alteration spot. My fiancé needed a simple alteration done so we called about 20 times and of course they don’t answer. My fiancé and I finally just said let’s just drive 30 minutes to check them out. We get there to workers who just look completely miserable, which is fine I get it, but they wouldn’t even talk to us to see what we needed. I don’t understand why people work or have a business if they’re not going to put any effort. My fiancé just needed to lift her dress a tad. Didn’t even let her talk, automatically just said no. My fiancé is a little on the bigger side and feels like the lady gave her the cold shoulder because of that. No bride to be should ever be disrespected like that.

I decided to come in to ask questions. I had a few since I wanted to make an outfit for a specific event. I asked my first question and the person at the counter said it could be done. I asked a second question and she said no. Then she immediately started tending to other customers and ignored me. I waited at the counter. Then when she finished with the customers in the dressing room she walked past me to the people behind me and asked what she could to to help them. I said "Ma'am, I still had questions. " She said "No can do. " I said, "Thats fine you cant do that request but what about the first one I asked? " And she begrudgingly turned around and said, "Okay what do you want? "

I don't understand how I could be standing there trying to get information for her to just walk past me and completely ignore me because she couldn't do a single one of my requests. I am honestly heartbroken. I've never been treated this way by a tailor. I have a hard time with social interactions because of my disability and so it was a very difficult encounter. I had to say "Never mind, I don't want your work" and walk away. I was going to start crying and needed to leave. I'm typing this from my car still shaken. I'm sure their services themselves are great considering everything I've heard, but I just can't understand that treatment.

I've gotten my clothes altered here for years and they never disappoint and they make recommendations for what would be best for your alteration. Had this dress taken up because I'm a shawty and its perfect!

There's nothing wrong with the service in my opinion. It's just the pricing. I've been to other places and they're charging a bit cheaper for the same service. Difference really is the hours of operations. This place may operate a bit later then some.

This place has been here forever inside the south bay pavilion in Carson.us old heads still call it the Carson mall or Carson Hall way. Anyway get your pants altered or suit tailored. Current getting a basketball jersey that is too big for me altered into a dress…which came out perfect

Wonderful! I started going there when they were at the opposite end of the mall. Dependable, polite, professional, and well worth the money!

They are the best in South Bay. I always use her for my suits. Plus it's mostly same day

The owner does a great job along with her beautiful daughter. I took my Polo jacket, a pair of Levi's and a Authentic Kobe Bryant Jersey. All 3 items needed tailoring and was very satisfied with the job done.
