This place is just simply put amazing. Great parking, secluded area, very spacious inside, great bar setup, great food and drinks. Just everything you want. I had the Ojitos Verdes and it was sooo gooood. Love this place!

The worsted service ever! 1 hour and half to get us enchiladas and arrachera? I don’t recommend this place. I just arrived home and guess what? They give me tacos de birria and I paid for arrachera

First time coming here, service for it not being to busy when I went was abit slow but if going with a crowd you could make reservations but its not necessary but also depends how pack this restaurant can get. I was able to find sesting for 10 people. I didnt like how afew tables would wobble so much with the slightest moves, made me nervous my drink or others would spill over. Food dishes were good. Server was helpful if undecided what to order too. Has a full bar also sports are displayed to enjoy it. At times live bands could be seen here. Service staff are friendly. Will try coming back again.

The food was good and our server was nice (she deserved and got over 20% because she was sweet and I felt bad asking to please remake my drink).

However, the bartender can’t make a classic margarita with jalapeños and tajin on the rim; literally a classic margarita but spicy with tajin on the rim. It’s too bad since a good drink would have complimented the food. The first time trying it I only took a sip through a straw and I didn’t drink it, and kindly told her unfortunately, it was not good (it was not spicy at all and it was sickly sweet). So they “remade” it but definitely used the same glass as before and it was actually warm since there was no ice.

I was still charged for the remake, even though it was worse than the initial, so that’s why only three stars. Other than that, I recommend it since the food made up for it. But it’s odd the bartender can’t make a classic margarita. I would go to Azul for better drinks yet the food here was better.

My first time coming here I got 4 tacos an 1 horchata the total was $42 it was not worth it it was very salty. My co worker got a big plate of carne and beans and rice an salad total was $35 i don’t get why are the tacos was so expensive than the big plate of carne never coming here

The food is some of the best that I've had in Sacramento in the past couple of years. The carnitas is the way to go!

Had the chilaquiles rojos omg so much flavor so good. Had a orange mimosa along with their Mayan Blood with mezcal drink so good had lots of flavor. Recommend hands down. Waitress Evelyn was the best waitress, so kind, attentive, friendly, communicative.

The place was amazing, big facility family and dog friendly.
The food was serve very quick and cook in a way that will give you the best experience of Mexico in every bite.
We ordered Torta de asada and Super burrito de asada.
Well presented the food, definitely captures the beauty in your eyes.

The best specialty they serve at this place is Tacos de Birria.
I didn’t order birria but I did try it from one of my friends plate.
That will give me to opportunity to always return and enjoy the great Birria that represents Mayas Mexican cuisine!

Excellent staff. I recommend the Mezcalita drink! There was a love mariachi band playing when we arrived on a Sunday evening. Newly renovated feel and well done aesthetics.

Waited 72 minutes for 3 tacos. I had to remind the waitress to bring chips 3 times. Waitress was named Mariana, avoid!

The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Little wait time for a seat. The restaurant was packed and food/drinks came quick. Super friendly staff. Beautiful decor.

We recently tried Maya for the first time and were blown away! The flavors are amazing and the presentation of the food and drinks is gorgeous. They have the tastiest green sauce ever! Highly recommend the tetela and the cocktails. We will be returning soon!

Food was really good. Presented well, good quality ingredients, well portioned big without being huge, all well put together at about the same cost of a much worse place.

Service was very good a bit slow on refills but otherwise great.

Atmosphere was great, clean environment, dont get fooled by the area its in. My only complaint is the music was too loud for a business lunch, maybe more appropriate at dinner

Absolutely amazing. I had the quesabirria taco plate and every single bite of this plate was fantastic. You can tell how authentic and how much hard work went into a meal when you can taste every flavor at every bite. 100/10 recommend, it doesn’t get better than this

I DO NOT Recommend! Worst Customer service! Took them 40 minutes just to sit us and they only had 4 tables occupied. There is only 3 waiters working. The worst Mexican Food experience I have ever Experienced! Food is super expensive for what they give! We will never come back!
