Amazing place to be and the staff make you feel like you’re part of a family. Gym is kept very clean and tidy. Great way to get in shape and lots of guidance for people who are new to Muay Thai and fitness.

Our 4 year old started 6 months ago and his growth as a person and his skills amaze us. All the teachers are wonderful with the children and the self discipline aspect of the classes infuses into the children along with their self defense skills. I wish I had time to join as an adult.

I have been actively training and teaching in the arts for the majority of my life. Every once in a while you run across someone extra special that not only is an amazing practitioner but an equally amazing teacher that turns out equally amazing students and fighters. The gentleman I'm referring to is unquestionably Dan Mayid, whether you refer to him as Master, Sensei, Coach, or Kru.
Having known Dan first as a fellow student then training partner and now even on an entirely different coast someone I consider a brother for many years. Any one that is lucky enough to cross paths with him in any capacity is a lucky person. Train with him once and you will understand

I would give more stars if I could! My 4 year old started Karate here and immediately I knew this place was special. Kru Dan and Kru Sebastian emphasized strength of character, safety, discipline and integrity. I was so impressed that I decided to take a Muay Thai class myself and was hooked.
