Ivania made me feel so comfortable, making sure I understood the process and finding out exactly what I wanted so I could be happy with her services. Ivania is very professional, kind and efficient. I had permanent eyeliner tattooed top and bottom which amazingly did not hurt. She took her time with all my questions and ultimately did an excellent job! I’m so pleased with her work and my new eyeliner which thanks to her means no more expensive waterproof eyeliner purchases and no more time wasted to apply it.
