McClain Cellars, Buellton CA

Jason was a phenomenal host. He encouraged us to just sit back and relax and enjoy our time in the beautiful venue. No pressure to move on to the next taste and get out. Wines were delicious. Also tasted popcorn and purchased candles and vinegar in addition to wine. Can't wait to buy some of the artwork when it's available. I'll definitely be back and recommend this as a stopping point when in the area!

Even though all the electricity was out in Buellton and the surrounding area, Reid and Tiffany the hosts at McClain were perky and ready to serve and the wine was delicious. I am a wine maker and own a wine tasting company and I would refer this place to everyone. Can't wait to visit soon. Try the popcorn too.

Not for Europeans' palates. Very high alcohol, low fruity wines. Barrique for whites is a no no, too heavy. 15 % alcohol isn't wine, is either porto or some other liquor. Everything taste the same. But good if you want to get drunk.

We loved the wine and joined the club. Great tasting room in Buellton location. We live near Laguna another location where we can pick up wine.

I had a wonderful experience at McClain Buellton! The wines are delicious, and the staff are super knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. The patio is a great place to hang out, enjoy a flight, and play some yard games. Looking forward to my next visit!

I just found out that McClain cellars is up in Buellton now! We signed up for their wine club after being gifted some of their wine last summer and we have been very pleased with everything we have received from them! I look forward to visiting this tasting room and enjoying this as a local place to visit!

McClain Cellars wines are delicious and I love all the unique names they’ve come up with.
They also make yummy popcorn flavors!
I haven’t tried all the products yet but I’m sure they’re all equally esquite.
The Laguna lounge is very relaxing and laid back,
I cannot wait until their Buellton location opens because it’s going to be even larger!
I encourage everyone to stop by for a glass or two of wine, enjoy some snacks and chat with their extremely friendly staff.

The Tasting/Barrel Room is spectacular! It's not every place that you cab walk in that offers not only a great tasting service but lets you do it in such a cool space! Buellton is perfectly located in the middle of one of the great wine regions in the US, if not the world. Come on out and see this!

This place is awesome! The servers, especially Tiffany, are super nice and know their wines. Great conversation and amazing wines! Also don't forget to try the artisanal popcorn. Seriously to die for

Delicious wines! Came here for a date night and was blown away. We did a wine tasting and loved each one we tried. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t forget to try their popcorn! Can’t wait to come back!

I have always known that McClain makes amazing wines and now we can enjoy them with friends and family at one of the best tasting rooms in the area! This is the best looking winery in the valley. So relaxing and awesome to hang out in. Their wines are unique and super yummy. New place, can't wait to come back. Plus you can walk to other wineries, a brewery, and industrial eats all on the same road!
