3I been lived here for about 4yrs. Bug problem is huge. I had ants, termites and water bug (roaches) issues. Ants and termites were gone but water bugs were keep coming in. Also I hate new management. Rent getting higher, deposit is doubled, moving costs are worst. They will take all of your deposits.
I read comments online both good and bad about this place and had reservations, but I wanted to make a comment about my experience.
Location is very nice and seem quiet! We saw amenities like gym, TV area, and even have dry sauna! So many amenities to do and make resident and guest comfortable was what intrigued us. We need to be closer to my work and hospital for my mom's care. We took a tour with my mom and we were greeted with The front office woman Lea. She was very warm and friendly and made our tour very detailed. My mom likes to asks many questions and Lea took time to answer every question graciously. We hope circumstances grant us the ability to live here in the near future. Thank you Lea! We hope to see you soon!
For the 1.5 years I lived here, I enjoyed it for the most part. The neighborhood was quiet, residents nice-
We had a car window breakin situation once.
The trashbins were always overflowing
Even that, I had very little issues with.
However, the moveout experience has been the worst. The new management company charges for everything. Rent + CC charges of $56 dollars. They charged for normal wear and tear (barely any), repairs that was completely unnecessary- and took the entire deposit. The vendor that cleaned was not transparent with any of the "so called damages", and noted there was no cleaning done- when i swear to you, there was deep cleaning done and i have pics to prove it. All the notes were taken after the actual move out inspection- very sketchy. And i had to email multiple times to get updates on this.
They raise their rent prices by a couple of hundreds of dollars- so be aware of that too.
I will give it this though- The ladies in the office are nice.
However, i would never move there again- to save myself from the pain of dealing with such BS.
