McDonald's, San Diego CA

The food was on the expensive side since I ordered McGriddle no egg. Almost $6. Food was fresh. The maintenance man was very rude & wouldn't open lobby door & ignored me when I was knocking on door since it was past the opening time. His focus was his young female coworkers. Very unprofessional & embarrassing.

They did not tell us which wndow to pull up to, we got our breakfast in the drive through, when we got home there was no McGriddle that we had paid for, so be sure to double check at this particular location.

Bc I’m military, and have to ride a scooter bc we don’t have many rentals, just to get food, we can’t food. Thanks.

It has been nothing but awful customer service every single time I've been here. Everyone seems like they hate their job and are always in a bad mood. God forbid if you ask to make sure they actually put dipping sauce and ketchup in the bag. The whole crew needs to learn how to act as adults in the working world. Definitely will not be returning here again.

This location open 24 hours. If the main restaurant is open (entrance on Park) I suggest walking in if a long que for drive thru.it can get very busy late night with dining options being limited by COVID. I need to remember when I'm out there participating in society that everyone is doing their best!

Good place fast and efficient and nice people. The place looked clean and the staff was friendly and with a smile. I go here when I am in the area all the time.

This McDonald's is in the city College area and a busy one. I hadn't been in a McDonald's in a while and was surprised that the prices were a little more than I expected. With that said, the service was good for the lunch hour and the food quality was excellent. The restaurant was clean considering how busy they were. A good visit overall.

There were tons of immature teens using foul language, talking loud, one kid even brought in a rental bike and stood in line with it. I don't recommend adults patronize this location.

I'm not crazy about McDonald's but I went there with a friend he ate there I didn't,
I think they're too pricey these days for what they offer

Understaffed, 10 minutes in drive thru b4 even ordering and couldn't get out. The guy couldnt get the lrg vanilla ice coffee right, no! 3 times is not a charm lol i told him id fix it when i got home: (

Picked up food for a friend and they got the burgers wrong, they forgot the side salad and they made me move up to wait for the order for quite a while

I went through the drive-through and ordered my food at 2: 55 AM. I received my food at 3: 21 AM. I waited 26 minutes! Oh and the 20 chicken nuggets I ordered were ALL cold! And. I never received a receipt.

The aesstetics & lack of cleanliness is why I give my visit 3 stars (also stupid kids that couldn't grasp that their was a line to the restroom). The service was good no complaints there & thanks to the McDonald's Android app I was able to get a good deal on coffee!

MAYBE THE WORST MCDONALDS IN AMERICA. RIFF RAFF. NO FREE WI-FI. NO SELF-SERVE SODA. NO KIOSKS. LEAKING CEILING. Hi-priced coffee. For a major city, it feels totally ghetto

This is my local MCD. Because it’s close, I’ve ordered here many times. The service is terrible, the fries are always cold, and the wait time is unreasonable. Unorganized madness behind the counter. Typically I will go out of my way to get MCD, to avoid this place, however, every now and then I’ll give it another try. Unfortunately, I am ALWAYS disappointed.

Got two Bacon McDoubles for $2 each, plus one night of diarrhea for free. Thanks, Ronald!

Service was ok with the exception of the order was done wrong 2 times. This place is dirty, really dirty

The restaurant is good on the day time. The food was good. The frozen coffee is good. The staff were friendly. The parking is adequate. There were a few homeless people using the restrooms.

It took over 20 minutes to prepare our meal. Nobody gave us an update. Some of the food was waiting on the counter the whole time so by the time we got it, it wasn't really hot already.

Went here for lunch which is 30 min for me. Ordered a big Mac and they had me pull foward to wait for my food. They too 30 mins to make a big mac. Also they pulled two more people foward after me and they got thier food before me which also had burgers so I know they had the meat to make my food first!
