McDonald's, Gardena CA

I always go there about 4 to times a week and they keep forgetting to put the hash browns in my deluxe Breakfast orders. I thought those were off the combo already, however my friends though that I was usually eating the hash browns when it was Mc Donalds fault. I have to check my order from now on. Because they also forgot to put a Chicken Sandwich and they are not cheap! I've been loosing my money because they won't refund my missing items. The good thing at least is that it was my order with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich that the messed up!

The cashier was rude I ask her to put my items in separate bags she did not inform them that I wanted all my meals in separate backs so I had to bag it myself. The stuff that gave me my food was very very nice

I was there just for the restroom but I always feel it to buy anything just for letting me use it!

I just went to McDonald's and I bought a oatmeal and look how they give me my oatmeal with just a little water, how I am going to eat my oatmeal

The Hispanic manger is very rude over 2 senior cup of coffee when the elderly that I was getting the coffee for are disable that dont drive. I order there before never been told that. I order 20 dollars worth of food along with the coffee.mind you I go to McDonald's at least 4 times out of week and have a large family. You rather loose money over a senior cup of coffee than than 100 a week

The customer service was excellent. The food was hot and fresh. By far the best McDonald's in Gardena. I will be going back again. Thank you.

This is by far the best customer service I have received in a drive-thru. There were 5 cars in front of me, but the wait time was minimal. I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming attitude at the pay and pickup window. This will now be my go to place whenever I am in the area.

Horrible customer service at the drive through. They seem unable to distinguish between the words fries and Sprite nearly every time I order here.

Dirty and more dirty.the manager there is a fat lady who is very disrespectful to her costumers and has a very bad tone of voice the says dont mess with me.there r homeless people inside and they hardly clean.

They just remodeled this place but forgot to "remodel" their employees. The costumer service was aweful. And they gave me ice with a black thing inside. All because they didn't want to let me fill up my cup with water, they had to do it. Smh

The trademark taste of Micky-D's is world renown, don't get me wrong, but the drive through line was soooo long.

Wouldn't honor my coffee coupon when it plainly states bogo on the coupon. If it wasn't nearest to my home i wouldn't visit again.

Horrible customer service I get there and the menu is not working, pulled up to the dirt window and no acknowledgemen me I go to the second window and there’s 6 employees and no one acknowledged me then I asked for a cheeseburger and they claim there was none only mc grittles. Horrible customer service.
