McDonald's, Apple Valley CA

The co manager is not customer service approved at all. She humiliated me infromy of my daughter all because I said they forgot one of my items. Said I was a liar. Rolled her eyes and everything. She is the worst manager ever!

My Nephews Love Playing On The Playground. Can't Go Wrong With Kids Meals & Chicken Nuggets. Oh & Their Ice Cream Machine Was Working. Super Friendly Staff. Clean.

Went there on 4/2/19 for dinner. Didn't want to cook for my bday. Worst decision! Went thru the drive thru and was told to park and wait for my order. Ok.so us and like 8 other cars are parked. Waited at least 30 minutes for our food while the ice cream sundaes melted. The didn't check receipt #'s so our order went home with someone else! At least 5 customers asked for their money back due to waiting for orders that weren't done. I had to have them redo my order cuz I was determined to have that fillet of fish! I felt sorry for the manager but she's ultimately responsible for her employees. Anyways, last time I go thru the drive thru! This McDonald's is on hwy 18 in apple valley.

McDonald's it was all right that's it I was hungry I stopped in at stopped in stop eight two double cheeseburgers there were good.

This McDonald's has gotten better over the years in terms of facility upgrade and improvements. The layout is beautiful and classy and plenty of tables to choose from. Customer service for the most part is mediocre, they will do the standard but not exceed expectations. My biggest complaint here is the accuracy of my orders. They will mess it up most of the time. Attention to detail, please!

They are working fast, but not accurate with orders. I was forgotten on 2 different visits. All I got in return was an apology. I'm grateful for the apology, but it doesn't change the poor accuracy for orders. At 9pm I tried to buy an ice cream at the registers, but was told they're closed and I would have to go through drive through. Wow great customer service with a smile.

Purchased the 2/$5 deal through drive-thru. Had us park on the side as the quarter pounders weren't ready. They took forever to bring them out to our car. There were three other cars waiting. The food was cold.

Simple order. Drinks and 2 apple pies. The pies were cold and hard. They asked for them back and we waited 15 minutes. The only plus side was our vehicle was being serviced near by and it's the reason we waited.

Fries and cheese burgers always dry like they been sitting. Cant understand why.

Not too pleased. It seemed as if the meat was slapped onto the buns n cheese was was half way out of bun n not melted.

Drive thru is great but the service is slow. They have you park into spots to deliver food now. Today, I got a milkshake and they didnt secure the top so it fell all over my lap.

In the morning you are better off walking inside. Drive thru always tells you to park and wait. This is about the 4th-5th time this happened

I'm no McDonald's hater, or else I wouldn't go. But among the many McDonalds, this one is run very inefficiently. The drive through always has vehicles pull through and wait for their food. The problem is that if every car does this, you're creating a massive efficiency problem by having to send employees one-by-one to the parking lot.

Furthermore, they don't have ketchup dispensers, and they make you request to turn on soda machines on the inside. I guess it ain't t he fanciest neighborhood in town, but I've been in much rougher places with much finer establishments.

Every single time. It really is my own fault for going back. This place is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. My order is wrong every time. It's not that hard people.

$4+ for a egg mc muffin to much we could have ho e to a restaurant, the girl asked me for my pin not safe

They messed up my order and I asked at the window for ketchup as they had us move forward and they forgot the darn ketchup

Terrible food and dirty. 3rd time trying this location and i was disappointed. Rude staff, wrong food and missing items. To top it all off even there coke tasted watered down. Stay away.

The kids really liked it then. Well we drove around tonight looking at everybody's Christmas lights had a great time Christmas in the Cove was excellent

Was super disorganized. People were parking anywere and the employees were running around the parking lot looking for people and it took them 20 MINS JUST FOR A MEDIUM FRY

Food quality is better than a lot of them are down the hill. Clean too. Doesnt have a value meal so plan on spending more here.
