McDonald's, Los Angeles CA

So every time I take the kiddos out (quite a few of us mind you) I spend around 60 bucks. I usually love coming here. But my last visit wasn't so great. Fries were all half way filled like common the biggest part of why we go there is for ur fries. Nobody was really happy bout it.

Take for ever to give order and instead of trying to do it quickly they were busy talking about other things

Fast service & friendly employees! If you walk in you will be done WAY faster than the long drive-thru line! Just a suggestion.

Smoothie machine is always down during the night shift. I went by at 7: 45pm. Saaaaaame guy at the drive thru. "The machine is being cleaned" (famous line). Always never fails. I cross my figures and hold my breath everytime I pull in at night in chances of getting a smoothie but never fails "we don't have smoothies at this time". You know what that is? LAAAAAAAAZY workers that want $15 an hr but can't push the blend button on the blender because they're to lazy to clean it. What a joke. Yes, you Mcdonalds night shift workers are lazy.

I went to this McDonalds on New Years Eve and this employee named Jose was very kind despite the packed drive thru and the over orders. I could see they were very stressed but this Employee was very kind and maintained his cool even when my child was crying and screaming.

Food is good. Service not so good. Sometimes they change or forget part of your order. Always check before I leave to get my order right. Obviously they don't like it, but it is worst when you are on the road and someone does not have a meal.

A fairly dated MacDonalds restaurant. Toilets are clean but again dated and they only have a kids sized toilet bowl. There’s a conveyer belt bringing deliveries to the drivers in the drive thru which would have been a sight to see when the restaurant is busy.

Bad & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The fat lady manager with yellow hair was very rude.
She should be fired!

Food was good, but had missing item, a little disappointed had to go back a second time in which item got replaced.

2 story busy at lunch time soft drink area was messy soda everywhere but at least i didnt have to ask for a damn straw

It's my dog's favorite place to drive through I always ask for it just the meat and Bun and no salt.

Great Fast Service Employees are very friendly. The place is clean. Restrooms need to renovate so does the restaurant.

Worst location ever. Went to grab my children something quick which i knew better than to do as already aware how bad it is for them, but this is where we are at. No toys in overpriced happy meals, no straws, old Fries, and definitely the worst I’ve been to.

The food was cold the fish was hard the fries were old and hard. I wont go after 1 am any more. The burger was dry and tasteless. I wasted 11 dollars

It's alright, but the food is sometimes dry and does not have flavor, and also the fries are sometimes hard, but anyways it's alright

I have never gone to this McDonald’s without them making a mistake on my order. Not once. Employees just don’t try or are never paying attention.

Very bad service, the guy behind the window was so rude, he didn't want to answer a question about food. I won't come back to this place.

behind the counter seemed so disinterested with taking orders and weren't being helpful to anyone who they were giving food to in any way.i ordered chicken nuggets and asked for one more sauce and it seemed like a chore for them.the building itself and dining area is interestingly nice though

The fries had a very odd texture but I wasn't expecting much from McDonald's. Well, I should at least get real-tasting food.
