Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
11Always check your order, make sure they put everything you ordered! I had to go back several times because they didn't put everything in my bag! They are not even surprised at this, it seems to me they do it on purpose!
Used the mobile app for pickup inside. After a long wait, the same guy I told I was picking up a mobile order, Asked me if I had a mobile order. I asked how long was my order there ready for pickup. He responded with bad attitude "4 to 5 minutes. "
Literally the best services I’ve ever had at McDonalds. The lady taking the orders also was packing all the food. She was so fast and friendly.
It was clean in the inside. We sat inside. The dining area was clean. No dirty tables or trash on the floor. It was fast getting our food. The crew were nice and attentive.
There's literally nothing redeeming about mcds, except their cheap sodas, vanilla cones and wonderfully pleasant employees. Well that and they give you your food quite fast.
Food portion seemed smaller than I remember as I haven't been there in a couple of years. Also, $6 for an egg McMuffin and coffee seems a bit high
That said, coffee was good
Did both curbside and drive thru. No long lines like the ones in Bay area. Both were quick. Food was exactly what you expect at a McDonald's. Yum.
The manager at this location Veronica was extremely rude when I simply asked for her name to leave my concerns about the service I experienced. I was told that this Mcdonald's is privately owned and they reserve the right to not provide that information. I waited for over 20mins in the store for a simple double cheeseburger with a small fry, and once I got it the fries were cold and the burger was Luke warm. There were two employees sitting on break watching the whole rude encounter and thought it was funny and wasn't helpful as well with giving any information to leave customer feedback. During the exchanged at the counter I did express to the manager if she kept being rude I would capture the ordel on film and she immediately calmed down. In closing this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. OH did I mention that she threatened to call the police for me simply asking for her name. Weaponozing the police against Black people is something I never expected to experience while trying to grab a quick meal. Again I'm absolutely horrified by my experience and I hope the owner actually follows up. And if anyone is wondering how I finally got her name I went through the drive thru to buy something simple all in hopes of getting it in which I was suscessful. Veronica Is her Name and Veronica clearly does not value Black Lives or customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could
FYI: No refills in this time of covid. Machine is "wrapped" in plastic & they're not providing refills at the counter.
I love this location. It's right by my house and everyone is always so nice. I have never had no problems, mix-ups, missing items, or cold food. Sometimes we take these places for granted until they mess up our order but a BIG thank you to this location. Good lookN.
