McDonald's, Firebaugh CA

For a busy spot, the employees here at this location were pretty much able to handle the seemingly endless waves of hungry customers. Which makes me wonder whether or not they are being paid as well as they perform!?

Was going to go to the Taco Bell next door but their dining room was closed. The McDonald's here wasn't crowded at all so I was able to get my meal in very little time.

Most efficient location we have used in a couple years. Minor error with order (forgot apple slices with happy meal) was resolved immediately and without question.

I came to this location because I was on vacation. Everything was going well until I found hair inside my iced coffee. After that experience I don’t want to return to McDonald’s ever again.

A group of people went into this McDonalds and asked the store to lock the door so no strangers can get in. Guess what, this place did! Even though this place is in the middle of nowhere and should provide services for everyone in need who is driving long distances like me and my family. This is an acceptable for a business to behave that way.

Extremely bad service. The cashier was talking with arrogance as if I owed her something
Moreover, after picking up the order and driving away I noticed the food and drinks were missed partially

I love eating at McDonald's I understand the drive-thru was busy that day that still does not give them the right to ignore the people that were inside they would just call out the number and walk away customers did not know what was who's and qell touching other customers bags

Hats off to the staff for getting through so many orders so quickly! Very professional. Food came out great.

Seems to be short staffed. You can order from the kiosks, when employees are not at front counter. This is combined with a gas station and store. There is a Tesla charging station that has 56 units and public restrooms. Very clean and nice area, however out in the middle of nowhere.

Stopped at this location on Thursday and got food poisoning. Will never eat McDonald’s anywhere again.

Drive thru service was good, not much of a wait time. Fries and a shake definitely hit the spot location is good

I have ordered black coffee and ice coffee.
They just added water and very little coffee to it very very diluted not so great coffee.

Don't try coffee, just eat fries those are classic
