McDonald's, Anaheim CA

This review is for two separate drive thru orders over a week time.

First visit. Had to repeat my order few times. Person mumble/ fumble over the speaker. I am not sure if crew member had a bad headset or new trainee.

When I pulled up to pay, crewman was laser focus on his phone. I did not get his name. Also charge us $1 for water cup.

Second Visit. Crewman badge name "Ace" took order. Ace was attentive, courteous and polite. Ace repeat the order verbally to make sure it is correct.

Burger and fries were fresh and hot on both visit.

Was going to order food for my grandkids, but decided not to because my 4 yr old needed to go to the restroom and they let her use the restroom facilities even after COVID restrictions are lifted.

I went to order their new chicken sandwiches worst money I've ever spent they were burnt dry hard to chew and we got cold fries. I called corporate twice two different numbers and no one called me back or responded to my phone calls the chicken sandwiches I bought I paid $4 for and in the trash it went do not order it it sucks at least not from the McDonald's on Lemmon in Fullerton.

Worst McDonalds to order from. Staff and management simply don’t care about their customers. Always forgetting to put in my complete order. Called and spoke to manager Rose and Teresa said to go to another McDonalds no problem

It was like eating salt! I’ve never had this amount of salt in one meal! I got a migraine after this meal

This is an excellent run Mc Donald's. The crew working is friendly, and the French frysare fresh. They always give out the appropriate amount of sauce. The drive through is a 2 lane which makes the line move quickly, yet drivers hesitate? To use the extra lane. Over all not a bad stop.

The fries was stale. The chicken nugget was also stale. I wouldn't be buying anything from this place again.

Went thru drive thru. Got there before 11pm and in good timing cuz while eating my food in the parking lot all these cars started to show up. Been inside and always find it clean. Would recommend this location.

Dem burgers and fries are always quality. Better then most other Mckie D’s.

Sometimes the drive through feels like your imposing when you ask for extra napkins then the three they gave you, or a reminder of an item or two forgotten in translation from that squawk box to the pick up window.

If you gotta have the D, and sometimes it’s the only option at a quarter to three, then this is the one I’d go to.

Horrible service! Fries were so old (as they have been every time I’ve tried coming here) very cold and burnt. I found something disgusting in my ice cream cone toward the bottom. Black specks all throughout the cone, didn’t notice for a long time. I’m hoping I didn’t eat anything bad.

Forced kiosk usage here by management is annoying as they push more customers away from real cashiers. Food is average mcdonalds quality.

Gulfport MS very dirty aggressive people looks like crackheads in dining area work area very dirty rude people working water on workers floor slip and fall possible trash all on floor not appealing to eat.customer service workers very rude.

McDonald's was unaccommodating to children and it was not a large facility another word that was packed inside

I was a little disappointed, they got my order wrong they showed it to me wrong, and then I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get it right.

Not the best quality, but what can you say.we all grew up with the great taste of McDonald's and they still have the best fries!

The food is good. Semi clean environment, but the restuarant's associate's language content is "inappropriate". Their are children present!

Before the recent menu change I ate here 2 - 3 times per week. I used to order two McDoubles, small fries and large drink. Now it got all messed up with the pricing on the McDoubles.

This corporation is sure to go belly-up any day now.

Standard McDonald's. Usually busy, but quick service, passable food, cheap prices. Plenty of parking with Lowe's in the same lot, but the drive thru is really poorly laid out and blocks traffic coming into the parking lot during any rush. This location also had the touchscreen order option, which is convenient, but doesn't allow you to scan coupons.

Food is very expensive at McDonald.they raised the price and give You less. One more reason to avoid this xhain

Excellent service as always. Very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodated to our needs
