Latte machine never works.when i ordered my food they tell me their ice machine isn't working.when the customer infront of me asked if they had ice for iced coffee and she said yes. Makes no sense. I told her she just had said she had ice for coffee and she said only for that! Drive through debit machine constantly down.

The best costumer service I've had. I've been ordering ice cream and other orders and the machines works fine. There's no bad thing about this place I can say about it. I do have something to say about the homeless. I feel really bad not giving away money when they ask but it's really awkward. Maybe do something about that. Other than that I recommend it.

I just went for a late meal and the girl with colorful nails and blue hair has a very terrible attitude. She was at first trying to charge me for something I didn’t order and then I corrected her she straight up put her hand up trying to stop me from clarifying my order and she gave me an attitude. She wasn’t professional at all.

Hi today we when to mc donalds and they were so rude and cunfuse our order they got it wrong so many amd pur food was cold and the ice machine was broken and with this heat omg the machine has been broken for months this place bad service was so bad i am not going their no more

The service and food was pretty good main thing is I didn't have to wait in line a long time late at night they got the line of moving

Service is TERRIBLE! Both in person and when ordering through any delivery app! The food is ALWAYS incomplete. They never give out any type of sauce even after ordering extra. Do they not have anyone to double check the order before giving it out? A huge disappointment when ordering from this McDonalds. Save your money and time by going to a different McDonald’s.

I only go to Mc Donald's because my kids like it. I hate that they always always get something wrong. Today they gave me no sauce absolutely no sauce for 40 chicken nuggets I ordered. Why ask me what I would like if you're not going to give it to me in the end. And this isn't the only McDonald's, in most of them 8 out of 10 times theres always something wrong.

My drive trough order from last night took me at least 40 minutes to receive. With only 10 cars ahead, I was left disappointed with my cold fries.

Good location speed of service usually good but service at food handing window sucks. I've never been there in about 12 times now and had great service. Everyone there is mad or sad but they talk and joke to each other but do not engage with the customers. I've been there all hours of the day and night.

My favorite Mc Donalds on the South side. What makes it so special is you never have to wait a long time in the line in the Drive-Thru. Another thing that makes it special is they always has hot mustard and honey mustard in stock so you can spread it on your delicious McMuffins! They never forget the napkins or your straws. They are really on the money! I strongly recommend this McDonald's if you're on Manchester on the Northside in South La.

The sauce had more weight then the patty. Scenario: got the cheeseburger take out the wrapper. See buns and cheese, look in between and see a small thin patty. It's a paper patty.never again

Drive-thru was great.you must have patience when drive-thru is packed.the only down side is the homeless that scared me a bit.but no major issues. Besides that customer service is great

While at the drive threw the lady who was getting my order kept giving me and my family attitude because of that I was not happy and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Really bad surroundings, homeless people inside the McDonald's literally begging for your change, can't even eat your food inside cause its uncomfortable being watched while eating by homeless people.
