Employees mess up EVERY time I place a mobile order and pick up curbside. And y’all asking for a raise smh

The worst drive through ever! I asked Paola for water 5 times, she is very rude, she refused to serve us. I asked manager for help she yelled at me and close the window.the worst McDonald ever! &

I have ordered Uber eats from this exact store 8 times. Each time I ordered nuggets with dipping sauce. Each time, this store did not include the dipping sauce for the nuggets. I've called everytime. They failed to make it right, and blamed uber every time.

Not to mention, the food I did receive was old, hard and crusty. Take it from someone who worked at a highly rated McDonalds for 4 years, this location is sub par.

Very crowded all the time so it's hard to find a seat, which I highly suggest that they should have more seating areas inside and outside the place. Parking is not an issue and drive-thru isn't the fastest or reliable because sometimes they forget to include things you ordered so check before you leave the drive-thru. Employees are really friendly and try to help customers with anything.

I ordered #1 combo meal with iced caramel machiatto and sausage mc muffin with egg.upon reaching the window, i was handed ham mcmuffin with egg and caramel machiatto.i asked where the big mac is and the lady said you didnt order it.later on she said they are not serving it yet.i wasn't told when im ordering that it wasn't available.if i knew i should have ordered something else.

Hate this McDonald's they never give you napkins, ketchup, or any kind of sauces like you have to beg them for it there icecream machine never works they never have fraps.very annoying

Slow, and confused service. Vanessa cashier is horrible. Trying to do the least amount of work possible. There needs to be a training store for McDonalds throwing all these teens into the Fire, is unethical.

The cash register had only 1 opening when there is a huge line at the front. There is 1 employee who really tried her best to keep the customer from waiting too long

Its an average mc donalds location. Costumer service its okay. When ordering you must used the machines your self. The cashiers now only takes your receipt.

Awful wait. Customers get confused in the double drive thru. Tastes delicious once you get it, though.

Customer service wasn't terrible. However a few customers were confused about the new system and ordering food. It can get extremely crowded.

Very annoyed with this Macdonald's I came with my daughter for breakfast and to play in the ares of games, there is a door that is emergency exit and the alarm sounds at every moment by opening it by accident is a deafening noise

I only come to this McDonald's location if I'm right next to it or because someone wants to stop. Service is always poor, when I do come here my orders are routinely wrong. I asked for 2 large drinks & get A medium. Why would I pay more for A medium when the large is $1. Sigh.

They will NOT take your order unless you use the Kiosk, which never works. Horrible. They refused to take my order using a human being. They had time to tell me "No we will not take your order", but don't have time to actually take an order. Never coming back here.

I would love this place if it wasn't so crowded all the time! Of course the food is great, just so crowded.
