McDonald's, Palo Alto CA

My mom Workedfor Conrad senior. I worked for Karl. My mom and dad met at McDonald's. I have been coming to this mcdonalds for over 30 years. The morning manager here is absolutely horrible. I watch the morning manager slump around shirt untucked very unkempt. A very lazy individual with no smile or any customer service skills at all. I've had tons of friends work here when M. Freeman was manager she ran a great shift 20 years ago. Since the family had no family manager on duty this place has gone to sh! +

The crew openly flirting while orders are piling up. They single out and mistreat the good workers and overload them wity responsibility. All the great employees have left or are leaving.

I've monitored this location over a period of time and discontinued eating here because I noticed the change in service and began to think my food was being tampered with. I did however continue to doordash here out of necessity but after what happened today. I'll never Spend money here or bring business here again.

There are too many things wrong at this location and it all stems from one race being very comfortable with their position and power.

90% of that entire site needs to be fired and retrained.

PS: soap in men's bathroom out 24 hrs. How do the make employees clean up before leaving the restroom.

Conrad Jr & Karl please address this issue.

The staff have great service and manners. The food was acceptable and there isn’t much things wrong about the food. The store was hygienic and it is arguably one of my best McDonald’s experience in my life.

I work doing delivery, I go to this store daily. Today a customer made a report because his food arrived half an hour later than expected. Who takes responsibility for this? The problem is mine, not yours. If you are unable to serve your customers, close the store.

As a routine customer I can say that the store is not terrible but there are definitely management issues. Depending on the day you may get a very slow order or the staff forgetting to deliver certain items on the list. Not as good as some neighboring chain stores

While waiting at the drive, a verbal reprimand was heard to two employees. It sound very disrespectful.
The unsweetened tea was primarily ice.

I don’t remember the last time (if any) that every item I’ve gotten at McDonald’s in an order has been amazing. Not only was the staff very friendly and fast, but the food was great. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s in the past so I know how difficult it is to make sure everything is good and make it come out fast, but the drive thru crew really did it tonight. If I was allowed to tip there I would have!

It took 20 minutes from my kids meal to come out to the mobile pickup station.

From Three Star to two star because I'm not a fan of their customer service at all especially the lunch crew

I went inside for a milkshake that's it and it seemed to take a little longer than expected. The drive through was busy so I assume they are cooking and serving for both indoor and drive through. The mornings seek much faster.

I visited here so many times mainly for my breakfast. Almost every time I remembered the staff was nice and professional:)

I'm not sure how anyone could possibly complain about Mickey D's.

This particular location is fast, friendly, and spacious. You can order online, at the counter, or with their touch screen ordering.

At least 10-15 tables indoors and 6 or so full tables outdoors. Very clean location. Staff are consistently wiping down tables.

It's a busy ish parking lot and isn't the most friendly for pedestrians - I'd be careful. There are two lanes for drive thru (pretty standard now).

Order online - it's hella fast. Usually done in 2-3 minutes (for a couple burgers).

One of the better served McD's in the Bay Area.

I am not a big fan of the Golden Arches nor fast food these days. That said, I do come here because $1 for a fountain drink is a deal that can't go unused. For a small size, no ice, diet soda my 3 star rating stands.

Best McDonalds experience in my life. Visited at 11am on 4/29 and the staff was so friendly, the food was amazing, the restaurant is so clean. My mind is blown. Better experience than Micheline star restaurants I’ve been to honestly.

I thank the staff of McDs working hard during the worker shortage. And them serving the breakfast menu items all day long is great! (I don't think all locations do that.)

Very nice McDonald's. The staff was super friendly. I've never been greeted like that before. Got a few " Good mornings! " And they asked us " How we were doing? " The staff was really friendly. The restaurant was super clean. In fact, one of the staff was going around cleaning the whole time. Spraying the door handles down and walking around checking on things, and tidying up. Our breakfast was hot and fresh. The inside is very clean and modern looking. They also have a outside area to eat.

We ordered a pick up and They only gave half of our order. When walked in to ask for the rest they just said they forgot

Almost everybody knows about the quality of McDonald, I don’t have complaints about it. The only bad thing about this one is the personal, they are too slowly at night and they need to be faster because is a fast food.

Was given the wrong food in drive thru. The phone number listed does not work so can't get refund. And they want more than minimum wage. HA
